The invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising a block of first and second flow channels arranged adjacently to one another, said block being designed to be open at one inflow side and at one outflow side of the first flow channels for the inflow and outflow of a first fluid into or out of said first flow channels, and the second flow channels comprising openings for the inflow and outflow of a second fluid, said block consisting of a first element and a second element, each of these forming second flow channels and a side wall, and these elements being joined together such that the two side walls form block side walls which lie opposite one another, said second flow channels extending between these side walls and forming first flow channels between themselves and the side walls.

Heat exchanger

A heat accumulator for use in a motor vehicle having a heat accumulator container which can be integrated into the motor oil circuit, through which motor oil flows when the motor is running, and which is disconnected from the circuit when the motor is switched off. The oil pan of the motor, in particular the lower part of the oil pan, is provided as the heat accumulator container, and the oil pan is provided with heat-insulating container walls. Also, an element for increasing the heat capacity of the heat accumulator is provided.

Heat accumulator

A heat exchanger, especially a charge-air cooler or exhaust-gas cooler, with a tube-to-tubesheet sub-assembly, in which tubes are inserted in a sealed manner by their ends into openings of two oppositely-disposed tubesheets, wherein at least one region of a housing is arranged between the two tubesheets and encompasses and outwardly seals the tubes of the sub-assembly, wherein the two tubesheets have two sides extending parallel to each other and adjoining an end region of the tubes in each case, and on which is arranged in each case a housing section which is connected to the housing, wherein on at least one of the tubesheets a seal is arranged with sealing effect between the housing and this tubesheet and/or between this tubesheet and the housing section which is arranged on this tubesheet.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for controlling the temperature of a first fluid using a second fluid, wherein the heat exchanger has a base for separating the first fluid from the second fluid, said base having a sealing region. Furthermore, the heat exchanger has a partition for separating the first fluid from the second fluid, wherein the at least one partition is connected in a fluid-tight manner to the base, wherein the at least one partition forms a fluid duct for the first fluid. Furthermore, the heat exchanger has a housing. In the sealing region between the base and the housing, there is arranged a sealing element which is pressed in a fluid-tight manner against the base and against the housing.
