A transparent display device may improve light transmittance. The transparent display device comprises a substrate provided with a display area on which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, a first non-display area disposed at a first side of the display area and a second non-display area disposed at a second side facing the first side, a first common power electrode extended from the first non-display area in a first direction, a second common power electrode extended from the second non-display area in the first direction, and an initialization line extended from the display area in a second direction, electrically connecting the first common power electrode with the second common power electrode and supplying an initialization voltage to each of the plurality of subpixels.

A transparent display device is disclosed, which may improve transmittance in a non-display area and at the same reduce resistance of power lines. The transparent display device includes a substrate provided with a display area, in which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, and a non-display area adjacent to the display area. The device includes a plurality of power lines provided in the non-display area over the substrate and extended in parallel in a first direction. The display area includes first non-transmissive areas provided with the plurality of subpixels and a first transmissive area provided between the first non-transmissive areas, the non-display area includes second non-transmissive areas provided with the plurality of power lines and a second transmissive area provided between the second non-transmissive areas.

A transparent display device is disclosed, which may improve light transmittance in a transmissive area and increase or maximize a light emission area in a non-transmissive area. The transparent display device includes a substrate provided with a display area including a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area, in which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, and a non-display area surrounding the display area, at least one insulating film provided over the substrate, anode electrodes provided in each of the plurality of subpixels over the at least one insulating film, a bank provided among the anode electrodes, a light emitting layer provided over the anode electrodes, and a cathode electrode provided over the light emitting layer. Transparent display device having display area including transmissive area and non-transmissive area

A transparent display device is disclosed, which may reduce a yellowish phenomenon in a non-display area. The transparent display device comprises a substrate provided with a display area in which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, a gate driver provided in the non-display area over the substrate, including a plurality of stages, a metal line provided between the gate driver and the display area, and a trench provided between the metal line and the display area.

A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same are disclosed. The transparent display panel includes a display region and a non-display region. The display region includes a plurality of light-emitting regions, a plurality of transmissive regions, a plurality of line regions spaced from each other and arranged in one direction, and a plurality of pixel circuit regions electrically connected to the light-emitting regions respectively to drive the light-emitting regions. Alternately-arranged adjacent line regions include alternately-arranged adjacent VSS voltage connection line and VDD voltage connection line, respectively. Thus, a new pixel arrangement structure that may increase or maximize a transparent area of a bezel and reduce or minimize a haze value without reducing transmittance of the display region may be realized.

Transparent display panel and transparent display device including the same for slimmed bezel

A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same are disclosed. In a transparent display panel, a VSS voltage line does not surround an outer periphery of a display region. Rather, upper and lower VSS voltage lines respectively disposed on upper and lower sides to the display region are electrically connected to each other via at least one VSS voltage connection line extending across the display region. Thus, left and right non-transparent and thick VSS voltage lines disposed on the left and right sides to the display region may be omitted. Thus, a transparent region of the transparent display panel and a bezel of a transparent display device may be increased or maximized or the bezel thereof may be made slim.

Transparent display panel and transparent display device including the same

A transparent display device is disclosed, which may improve yield and reduce a tact time, and may reduce resistance of a power line. The transparent display device includes a substrate provided with a display area, in which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, and a non-display area adjacent to the display area. The device further includes first and second pads provided over the substrate, a first pixel power line extended between a pad area in which the first pad and the second pad are disposed and the display area in a first direction, a first common power line extended between the first pixel power line and the display area in the first direction, a first common power connection electrode electrically connecting the second pad with the first common power line, and a second common power connection electrode disposed in a layer different from the first common power connection electrode, electrically connecting the second pad with the first common power line.

A transparent display device is disclosed, which may enlarge a transmissive area and increase or maximize a light emission area in a non-transmissive area. The transparent display device includes a substrate provided with a display area including a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area, in which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, at least one inorganic insulating film on the substrate, at least one organic insulating film on the at least one inorganic insulating film, anode electrodes provided in each of the plurality of subpixels over the at least one organic insulating film, a bank provided among the anode electrodes, a light emitting layer on the anode electrodes, and a cathode electrode on the light emitting layer, wherein the at least one inorganic insulating film, the at least one organic insulating film and the bank are provided in only the non-transmissive area.

In a transparent display panel, a GIP region acts as a transmissive region, thereby increasing or maximizing a transmissive area in the GIP region. To this end, a line for VSS voltage application is disposed in a display region. Thus, a non-transparent thick line for applying the VSS voltage is not disposed in an upper portion of a GIP circuit region. Thus, a transparent bezel in which the GIP region acts as the transmissive region is implemented. Further, a GIP input signal line region and a GIP output signal line region constitute different layers, thereby to maximize a spacing between GIP input signal lines, resulting in increasing or maximizing a transmissive area in the GIP circuit region.

A transparent display panel has an auxiliary electrode region including a partition wall whose a width of a top face is larger than that of a bottom face thereof. The auxiliary electrode region is disposed on a line region within a display region. A second electrode of an organic light-emitting element and a VSS voltage connection line is electrically connected to each other via an auxiliary electrode, such that electrical resistance of the second electrode as a transparent electrode is reduced. Further, the auxiliary electrode region is formed on each of a plurality of line regions respectively including VSS voltage connection lines extending across the display region. Thus, a current is fed to each pixel in the display region in a smooth manner, such that luminance distribution across the panel is uniform.

A transparent display device is disclosed, which may prevent a short circuit from occurring between first and second capacitor electrodes of a capacitor. The transparent display device includes a substrate provided with a display area including a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area, in which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, a driving transistor provided in the non-transmissive area over the substrate, including an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, and a capacitor provided in the non-transmissive area over the substrate, including a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode. The second capacitor electrode is not overlapped with the active layer of the driving transistor.
