Provided is a display device including a display panel including a display region and a non-display region, and an input sensing device disposed on the display panel. The input sensing device includes a first sensing insulation layer directly disposed on the display panel, a first sensing conductive layer disposed on the first sensing insulation layer, a second sensing insulation layer disposed on the first sensing insulation layer and covering the first sensing conductive layer, and a second sensing conductive layer disposed on the second sensing insulation layer. The second sensing insulation layer includes an organic film, and a first thickness of the first sensing conductive layer is greater than a second thickness of the second sensing conductive layer.

Display device capable of sensing user input

A display device is disclosed that includes a display panel and an input sensor including a plurality of conductive patterns. The conductive patterns include a first sensing electrode including first sensing patterns and bridge patterns, a second sensing electrode spaced apart from the first sensing electrode, and dummy patterns each overlapping the second sensing electrode and a first sensing pattern adjacent to the second sensing electrode in the first direction. Each of the bridge patterns is connected to two first sensing patterns through first contact holes. When a region, in which each of the plurality of dummy patterns overlaps each of the corresponding first sensing pattern and the second sensing electrode, is defined as an overlapping region, a dummy hole, which passes through a conductive pattern disposed on an upper part among the corresponding first sensing pattern, the second sensing electrode, and the plurality of dummy patterns, in a thickness direction, is defined in the overlapping region. Each of the bridge patterns is disposed between two dummy patterns in the second direction. Distances between the two dummy patterns and the bridge pattern, disposed between the two dummy patterns, are uniform in the second direction.

Method of fabricating electronic apparatus having contact holes penetrating at least one different insulating layer in different regions

A display device including a display panel, and an input sensor on the display panel, and in which an active area and a peripheral area and includes a first area and a second area spaced apart in a first direction, are defined, the input sensor including first sensing electrodes extending in the first direction, and arranged in a second direction crossing the first, second sensing electrodes extending in the second direction, and arranged in the first direction, first sensing lines extending in the second direction within the active area, connected to the first sensing electrodes, and partially located in the first area, respectively, second sensing lines electrically connected to the second sensing electrodes, respectively, and at least partially located in the second area, and a first guard electrode between the first sensing lines and the second sensing lines, and at a boundary between the first area and the second area.

A display device includes a display panel and an input detection layer including sensing electrodes disposed on the display panel, and trace lines electrically connected to the sensing electrodes, respectively, in which at least one of the trace lines includes a single layer part, and a multilayer part, a length of an itrace line and a length of a jtrace line are different from each other, each of the itrace line and the jtrace line includes the single layer part and the multilayer part, and a length of the single layer part of the itrace line is substantially equal to that of the single layer part of the jtrace line, and a length of the multilayer part of the itrace line is different from that of the multilayer part of the jtrace line.

A display device includes a display area in which red, green, and blue sub-pixels are arranged, and a touch sensing layer including a conductive pattern, the conductive pattern including touch electrodes arranged in a row direction and a column direction in the display area, and trace lines electrically connected to the touch electrodes, respectively, and extending in the column direction in the display area. An electronic apparatus includes a display unit and an input sensing unit. The display unit includes insulating layers, a signal line, a pad connected to an end portion of the signal line, and circuit elements. The insulating layers include a first insulating layer covering the circuit elements and exposing at least a portion of the circuit elements. The input sensing unit includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer including sensing patterns, and a second insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. A display device including: a display panel including a light emitting element; and an input detection layer disposed on the display panel and including sensing electrodes and trace lines electrically connected to the sensing electrodes, respectively, in which at least one of the trace lines includes a single layer part including one conductive layer, and a multilayer part including at least two conductive layers disposed on different layers, a length of an itrace line and a length of a jtrace line are different from each other, each of the itrace line and the jtrace line includes the single layer part and the multilayer part, and a length ratio of the single layer part and the multilayer part of the itrace line is different from a length ratio of the single layer part and the multilayer part of the jtrace line.

Provided is a display device which includes a display panel that includes an active area and a peripheral area and an input sensing layer that includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer includes first trace lines and second trace lines. The second conductive layer includes first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes. The first trace lines extend in a second direction, are disposed apart from each other in a first direction, and are electrically connected to the first sensing electrodes, respectively. The second trace lines extend in the second direction, are disposed apart from each other in the first direction, and are electrically connected to the second sensing electrodes, respectively. A plurality of sensing lines electrically connects the sensing patterns and the sensing pads. A bridge line is connected to a first sensing line and a corresponding first sensing pad. The bridge line is bent to extend in a direction that is different from an extending direction of the first sensing line to connect the bridge line to the first sensing pad.
