The payer computing system receives (e.g., via a second API message) payment information provided by the biller computing system in response to the request to access. Based on payment information, the payer computing system generates a payment transaction and causes (e.g., via a third API message) the payment transaction to be initiated.

Information relating to a prospective transaction is received via a client application. The client application performs an electronic search for a sponsorship opportunity related to the at least one prospective transaction, generates a displayable result set comprising at least one prospective sponsor; renders the displayable result set, and responsive to a user selection of a particular sponsor from the displayable result set, causes the particular sponsor to be added to the digital funding group.

Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to authenticating a user at an electronic computing device. Information is received from a defined zone of an environment surrounding the user. A level of authentication is calculated for the user based on the information from the defined zone of the environment. When the level of authentication is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold, the user is authenticated at the electronic computing device to perform a requested activity.
