A working tool includes a magazine unit in which a plurality of connected fasteners are stored in a rolled shape, an ejection unit to which the fastener is fed, a driver blade configured to strike the fastener held in the ejection unit to one side in a first direction, an electric motor configured to drive the driver blade by receiving an electric power, a feeder unit capable of moving in a second direction crossing the first direction and configured to feed the fastener stored in the magazine unit to the ejection unit by moving to one side in the second direction, a solenoid configured to drive the feeder unit by receiving an electric power, and a control unit configured to allow the solenoid to drive when a load of the electric motor satisfies a first condition.

Working tool

Realized is a driving device capable of controlling driving timing of a blade and driving timing of a feeder independently. The driving device of the present invention has a housing having an injection path, a blade hitting a nail supplied to the injection path, an electric motor, a controller controlling drive of the electric motor, a magazine accommodating connected nails, and a supply, mechanism sequentially supplying the connected nails, which are accommodated in the magazine, to the injection path. The supply mechanism has a reciprocable feeder backward and forward, an energizing member energizing the feeder forward, and a stopper holding a position of the backward moved feeder against energization of the energizing member. Then, holding the position of the feeder by the stopper is released based on control of the controller.

Driving device

A driving tool includes: a striking unit striking a fastener by being actuated in a first direction; a rack on the striking unit; a wheel; and a second transmission portion on the wheel and capable of being engaged with and released from the rack. The striking unit can be actuated in a second direction when the second transmission portion is engaged with the rack, and the striking unit can be actuated in the first direction when the second transmission portion is released from the rack. The second transmission portion includes: a tooth portion arranged along a rotation direction of the wheel and turned in a predetermined direction to be engaged with and released from the rack; and a movable piece actuated in the predetermined direction to be engaged with the rack and actuated in a different direction from the predetermined direction to be released from the rack.

Driving tool with rotating member to move striking unit

A driver capable of improving a timing of feeding of a fastener to an injection unit is provided. In a driver including an injection unit to which a fastener is fed, and a striking unit configured to strike the fastener of the injection unit when moving from a first position to a second position, the driver further includes: an operational member operated by an operator; moving mechanisms that stop and move the striking unit when the operational member is operated; a feeder that feeds the fastener to the injection unit; and a power mechanism that stops the feeder during a period of stoppage of the striking unit and that moves the feeder to feed the fastener to the injection unit during a period from start of movement of the striking unit by the operation of the operational member to a moment before the striking of the fastener.

Driver

A driver has: a strike section moving in a first direction to strike a fastener; and a bumper contacting the strike section and restricting the range of movement of the strike section in the first direction. The driver further has: a support section for supporting the bumper; a connection section connected to the support section and disposed in a direction intersecting the first direction; a drive section supported by the connection section and moving the strike section in a second direction; a first receiving section which, when the strike section moves in the first direction to hit the bumper, receives a load acting on the support section in the first direction; and a second receiving section which, when the strike section moves in the first direction to hit the bumper, receives a load acting on the support section in the circumferential direction about a first centerline of the drive section.
