A composition for solubilizing a fluoropolymer is described. Further described, is how the fluoropolymer composition is obtained, as well as the process for its preparation and its use as a coating applicant. The composition can include a solubilized fluoropolymer and a solvent blend of a diester and dimethylsulfoxyde.

Novel dicarboxylic acid diesters and admixture thereof have the formula (I):R&#x2014;OOC-A-COOR&#x2003;&#x2003;(I)and are advantageously prepared from fusel oils; these are particularly suited for formulation into useful solvent, cosolvent, stripping, crystallization inhibiting, cleaning and degreasing compositions.

The invention concerns a process for controlling the stability or the droplets sized of simple water-in-oil emulsions, wherein a di-block or tri-block copolymer is used. The invention relates to a dried emulsion. In particular, the invention relates to a dried emulsion containing a liquid hydrophobic phase and a water-soluble or water-dispersible polymeric matrix whose hydrophobic phase content is high. The invention also relates to a method for producing the dried emulsion and to uses of this emulsion. The utilized water-soluble matrix contains block copolymers.
