Disclosed is a method of operating an electronic device which includes a first storage device, a second storage device, and a host device. The method includes providing a first request indicating a memory operation of target data to the first storage device, providing a second request indicating a redirection of the memory operation to the second storage device based on the first request, performing the memory operation based on the second request, providing the first storage device with a first completion response indicating that the memory operation is performed, and providing a second completion response to the host device based on the first completion response. The first storage device stores first mapping information of a logical block address (LBA) of the target data and a physical block address (PBA) indicating a physical block of the second storage device, in which the target data are stored.

An operating method for a storage device including a storage controller and a non-volatile memory may include; receiving a command including data and a field related to the data from a host, determining an operation mode based on the command, selectively encrypting the data based on the operation mode to generate selectively encrypted data, and storing the selectively encrypted data in the non-volatile memory, wherein the selectively encrypting of the data includes encrypting the data based on a first encryption algorithm when the operation mode is a first operation mode, and encrypting the data based on a second encryption algorithm different from the first encryption algorithm when the operation mode is a second operation mode.

A storage device comprising a nonvolatile memory device, and a storage controller configured to control the nonvolatile memory device wherein the storage controller is configured to, detect a logical address pattern repeatedly requested by a host, divide the logical address pattern into input logical addresses and predictive logical addresses, and generate a reproduction model for generating reproduction data corresponding to the predictive logical addresses in the data pattern when the predictive logical addresses are input using machine learning, and in response to a read request for the input logical addresses from the host, predict the predictive logical addresses using the input logical addresses, generate the reproduction data by inputting the predictive logical addresses into the reproduction model, and prefetch the generated reproduction data to a buffer memory included in the storage controller.

An accelerator includes a memory access module configured to acquire a plurality of original images for generating a VR image from a input device, and a computing module including a stitching region detector, a stitching processor, an image processor, and a combination processor. The memory access module is configured to transmit the plurality of original images to the stitching region detector. The stitching region detector is configured to detect at least one stitching region and an image region from each of the plurality of original images by performing detection processing on each of the plurality of original images received from the memory access module, to provide the at least one stitching region to the stitching processor, and to provide the image region to the image processor. A storage device includes a memory device that stores data, a storage controller that stores a data stream including plural frames in the memory device based on a write request from a host, and a scaler that generates a mapping table in which, for each frame, one or more logical addresses assigned to the frame is mapped to a frame number assigned to the frame. For each frame included in the data stream, the scaler performs an operation of obtaining the one or more logical addresses assigned to the frame by referring to the mapping table and providing a batch read request to the storage controller to read all the one or more logical addresses assigned to the frame. The storage controller controls the memory device to perform a read operation on a memory area corresponding to the one or more logical addresses based on the batch read request.
