A display apparatus includes a display panel and a power supply. The display panel displays an image at a first driving frequency in a normal mode and displays an image at a second driving frequency in a low power mode. The second driving frequency is lower than the first driving frequency. The power supply outputs a first initialization voltage at a first level to the display panel during an active period of the low power mode. The power supply outputs a second initialization voltage at a second level to the display panel during at least a portion of a blank period of the low power mode. The second level is higher than the first level.

Organic light emitting display apparatus

A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a first pixel disposed in an odd numbered pixel column and in a first pixel row, a second pixel disposed in an even numbered pixel column and in the first pixel row and a data line disposed between the odd and even numbered pixel columns and configured to apply a plurality of data voltages to the first and second pixels. The display device also includes a first odd number scan line configured to transmit a first odd number scan signal to the first pixel during a first data writing period, a first even number scan line configured to transmit a first even number scan signal to the second pixel during a second data writing period, and a second scan line configured to transmit a second scan signal to the first and second pixels during an initialization period.

A display device includes a display panel including a display area for displaying an image, and a non-display area outside of the display area and including a pad area, a pad in the pad area, and including a plurality of pad lines extending from wire lines drawn from the display area toward the non-display area, a driver including a plurality of terminal lines respectively electrically connected to the pad lines, the driver being configured to transmit a signal to, and to receive a signal from, an external board, and a conductive layer between the pad and the driver for electrically connecting the pad and the driver, wherein each of the pad lines crosses and contacts at least two points of a corresponding one of the terminal lines.
