The present disclosure relates to an actuator for a brake device. The actuator includes a housing having a motor accommodating part and a gear accommodating part, a motor accommodated in the motor accommodating part, and a reduction device accommodated in the gear accommodating part, wherein the reduction device includes, a crossed helical gear reduction unit including a driving crossed helical gear coupled to a shaft of the motor, and a ring wheel provided with a driven crossed helical gear engaged with the driving crossed helical gear on an outer circumference thereof, and a planetary gear reduction unit including a sun gear rotating together with the ring wheel, a ring gear provided as an internal gear, a plurality of planetary gears engaged with the sun gear and the ring gear, and a carrier on which the plurality of planetary gears is rotatably supported and having an output shaft.

Disclosed is an actuator for a brake device. An actuator for a brake device according to embodiment of the disclosure includes a housing accommodating a motor, a power transmission unit connected to the motor, and a reduction gear unit connected to the power transmission unit; and a cover covering an open top of the housing and having a shaft support portion; wherein the reduction gear unit includes a worm wheel including a concave receiving groove on an upper surface thereof and a locking rib provided in the receiving groove, a sun gear supported rotatably on a bottom of the receiving groove and having a support rib contactable with the locking rib during rotation, and a clutch spring provided in a state of being slidably wound around an outer circumferential surface of the shaft support portion, and configured to tighten or loosen selectively an outer circumferential surface of the shaft support portion according to a rotation direction when the worm wheel and the sun gear are rotated relative to each other.

Actuator for brake device and brake device including same

Disclosed is a porous adhesive for corrugated cardboard, including sticky starch and porous zeolite, in which microscopic holes to be joined with the microscopic holes in zeolite are formed in starch, thereby maintaining the freshness of food products stored in a corrugated cardboard box and efficiently eliminating remaining agricultural chemical components. Also, a method of manufacturing corrugated cardboard using the porous adhesive is provided. The porous adhesive for corrugated cardboard is obtained by blending a mixture, including 68.5&#x2dc;79.5 wt % corn starch, 20&#x2dc;30 wt % zeolite powder having the same particle size to that of the corn starch, and 0.5&#x2dc;2 wt % microorganism-containing yellow soil, caustic soda and a hardener, with water. The zeolite powder and the corn starch have a particle size of 300&#x2dc;350 meshes. The microorganisms contained in yellow soil are selected from the group consisting ofsp.,sp.,sp., and mixtures thereof.
