A substrate for an organic light emitting display device and an organic light emitting display device are provided. The substrate to the organic light emitting display device includes a protective layer having a non-flat shape; a first electrode on the protective layer and having the non-flat shape; and a bank layer on the protective layer and the first electrode. The bank layer having an opening for exposing the first electrode. The protective layer is formed at the opening of the bank layer and a part of an area with the bank layer.

Substrate for organic light emitting display device and organic light emitting display device

A flexible display panel, and particularly, to a flexible display panel which is bendable, not an existing glass substrate, a fabrication method thereof, and an image display terminal unit using a flexible display panel are provided. In the case of the flexible display panel, the fabrication method, and the image display terminal unit, the flexible display panel is implemented with a plastic substrate, rather than the conventional glass substrate, and a portion of the non-active area of the display panel is cut to form a cutout portion to insert modules of the image display terminal unit into the cutout portion to thus reduce a receiving space of the lower housing, thereby minimizing a width of the bezel region.

Flexible display panel and fabricating method thereof, and image display terminal unit

Disclosed is a flexible display device capable of preventing contact inferiority with a driving device when the driving device is mounted onto the flexible display device bent in one direction. The flexible display device includes: a substrate having a display region and a dummy region, and forming a curved surface by being bent in one direction; and one or more driving devices mounted onto the dummy region of the substrate, wherein the driving device is mounted such that short sides thereof are disposed along the curved surface of the substrate, and long sides thereof are disposed on a planar surface of the substrate.

Flexible display device

Provided is an organic light emitting display device which comprises a display area defined on a substrate, the display area comprise a display part having a sub pixels, scan driver areas respectively located at the left and right sides of the display area and including scan drivers which provide scan signals to the sub pixels, dummy areas respectively defined between the display area and the scan driver areas, and a wiring areas defined outside each of the scan driver areas and including a gate line and a source/drain line which are insulated from each other by insulating layers formed on the substrate and respectively located at different layers, wherein at least one of lines disposed in the wiring areas is electrically connected to a cathode located in the display area through an anode disposed in the scan driver areas.

Organic light emitting display device

A flat panel display is disclosed. The flat panel display includes a display panel having a display area on which a plurality of pixels are formed, an inspection pad formed in a non-display area outside the display area of the display panel, an inspection switch formed in the non-display area, and an electrostatic protection circuit including a plurality of dummy thin film transistors (TFTs) whose gate electrodes are commonly connected to a signal line connecting the inspection pad to the inspection switch. The inspection pad contacts an external inspection device. The inspection switch applies an inspection signal received from the inspection pad to the pixels.
