A water purifying apparatus includes a head that is configured to couple to a filter and defines a water inlet and a water outlet, and a shaft provided inside the head, rotatably mounted between the water inlet and the water outlet, and having a filtering passage configured to connect the water inlet to the water outlet so that water introduced into the water inlet is discharged to the water outlet via the filter. The shaft includes a shaft inlet and a shaft outlet, which are opened to respectively communicate with the water inlet and the water outlet so as to define the filtering passage, and a water inlet blocking portion and a water outlet blocking portion, which are provided between the shaft inlet and the shaft outlet to shield opened surfaces of the water inlet and the water outlet.

Provided is a liquid dispensing device. The liquid dispensing device includes a cylinder body coupled to a sink and at least one nozzle coupled to the cylinder body. The at least one nozzle may include a first liquid discharge nozzle coupled to an upper region of the cylinder body to extend horizontally, the first liquid discharge nozzle being configured to supply a drinkable liquid, such as a purified liquid, a heated liquid, or a cooled liquid. The at least one nozzle may a second liquid discharge nozzle coupled to the cylinder body to extend horizontally, the second liquid discharge nozzle being positioned to be spaced apart from the first liquid discharge nozzle to supply a non-drinkable liquid, such as a sterilizing liquid containing hypochlorous acid or other additive.

A water purifier includes a filter housing defining an accommodation space therein, a water discharge module including a water purifier body including a housing defining an outer appearance and a filter provided in the housing to filter raw water introduced from the outside and a water discharge nozzle mounted on the water purifier body to supply the water passing through the filter to the outside of the water purifier body, and a tray provided below the water discharge module. The water discharge module includes an elevation unit elevatably mounted on a front surface of the water purifier body so as to be elevated with respect to the water purifier body and a rotator having one side in which the water discharge nozzle is provided, rotatably mounted on the elevation unit, and allowing the water discharge nozzle to vary in position while being rotated with respect to the elevation unit.
