Disclosed is an electronic device and a method for processing authentication. The electronic device includes a communication circuit; a display; a memory; and at least one processor electrically connected to the communication circuit, the display, and the memory, wherein the memory stores instructions that cause the at least one processor to identify whether the electronic device is mounted on a first external electronic device, execute at least one application for an authentication based at least part of the identification, detect a second external electronic device, which can transmit authentication information related to the authentication, receive at least one piece of information related to the authentication from the second external electronic device based at least partially on the detection outcome, and perform authentication based on the received authentication information.

Electronic device and method for performing authentication

A semiconductor test device includes an actuator holding a radiation source and adjusting a distance between the radiation source and a sample, and a controller controlling an operation of the actuator and calculating a soft error rate (SER) of the sample based on the distance between the radiation source and the sample. The controller calculates a first distance between the radiation source and the sample at which the SER of the sample becomes zero, and calculates a metal-to-dielectric ratio of the sample based on the first distance.

A gas purifying system includes a water spraying system, and a collecting apparatus installed downstream of the water spraying system. The collecting apparatus has a surface composed of an electron emitting material, and the electron emitting material is capable of emitting electrons when subjected to visible light, ultraviolet light or electrical energy. The system can also include an ultraviolet lamp, with an ultraviolet photoelectron emitting material surrounding the ultraviolet lamp. The ultraviolet lamp and the ultraviolet photoelectron emitting material are positioned between the water spraying system and the collecting apparatus.
