The present invention relates to a composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke. In particular, the non-pneumatic tire spoke prepared from the composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke has excellent mechanical properties. A composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke includes a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, a silane-based interfacial binder, and silica particles. The silica particles have an average particle diameter of 100 to 300 &#x3bc;m.

Composition for non-pneumatic tire spoke

A non-pneumatic tire comprises: a band part including an inner band and an outer band, the outer band being separated from the inner band by a predetermined distance to surround the inner band; and a spoke part provided to extend in a circumferential direction of the tire between the inner band and the outer band, the spoke part including one or more holes when viewed in the circumferential direction and one or more holes when viewed in an axial direction of the tire.

A rim for a non-pneumatic tire comprises a cylindrical rim wall portion, and a fixing member disposed to be spaced apart from the rim wall portion in a radial direction. The rim wall portion is provided with a fixing protrusion protruding in the radial direction or a fixing groove depressed in the radial direction.

A method of manufacturing an airless tire including a spoke unit includes a first step of injection-molding a first spoke part, a second spoke part, a third spoke part and a fourth spoke part in a disc-like shape. The method further includes a second step of forming a first spoke by fusing the first spoke part and the second spoke part. The method further includes a third step of forming a second spoke by fusing the third spoke part and the fourth spoke part, and a fourth step of forming the spoke unit by fusing the first spoke and the second spoke.
