A horizontal linear-vibration generating apparatus that includes: a case coupled to a bracket so as to provide mounting space therein; a stator mounted in the mounting space and including a coil-yoke unit electrically connected to a circuit substrate on the bracket; a vibrator having magnets corresponding to the coil-yoke unit and weighted bodies configured to amplify vibration and vibrating in a first direction with respect to the stator in the mounting space; and first and second springs correspondingly provided between the case and the vibrator and elastically supporting a shaking motion of the vibrator in the first direction with respect to the stator in the mounting space, at opposite sides of the vibrator, where the first spring and the second spring are integrally provided with first and second spring feet, respectively, for mounting the vibrator.

Actuator for generating vibration

An actuator for generating vibration, including a shaft; a middle supporter having a fitting portion fitted into an upper portion of the shaft and a support portion below the fitting portion to form a first space where a lower portion of the shaft is exposed; a circuit board having a driving coil and a hollow formed through the middle supporter; a housing having an inner space that accommodates the middle supporter and the circuit board so the circuit board is fixed thereto; a first yoke plate having a first magnet installed to face an upper surface of the driving coil and coupled to an upper portion of the middle supporter; a second yoke plate having a second magnet installed to face a lower surface of the driving coil and coupled to a lower portion of the middle supporter; and a weight installed to at least one of the yoke plates.

A vibration generating apparatus includes a bracket coupled to a rectangular case to form an inner space, a stator including a circuit board coupled to an upper surface of the bracket and a coil connected to the circuit board, a vibrator including a permanent magnet arranged on an exterior of the coil and a weighted body coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the permanent magnet, and an elastic member connecting the stator and the vibrator and elastically supporting the vibrator. The weighted body is polyhedral, and the vibrator moves up-and-down.

Vibration generating apparatus

A linear vibration generating device. The linear vibration generating device includes a vibrator including an annular magnet and a weight surrounding the magnet; a stator including a coil disposed at a center of the magnet and a yoke surrounding the coil; an elastic member disposed between the vibrator and the stator to elastically support the vibrator; and an anti-tilting unit coaxially coupled to a top of the yoke in a predetermined height. The anti-tilting unit is a non-magnetic body with a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter equal to or greater than a diameter of an outermost portion of the yoke and smaller than an inner diameter of the magnet.

Vibration actuator

A linear vibration generating device, which includes a stator fixed on a bracket and having a center yoke concentrically fixed in an inner space of coil winding units and at least one blade extending from the center yoke in a direction perpendicular to the concentric axis, and a vibrator having a magnet surrounding outer circumferences of the coil winding units, and an elastic body disposed between the stator and the vibrator. The blade has at least one passage through which a coil wire for electrically connecting the coil winding units passes.

A printed circuit board includes a pad to receive an electric signal from a controller, a plurality of signal lines connected to the pad to transmit the electric signal received at the pad, and a signal transmission unit connected to the signal lines to transmit the electric signal to a coil. The plurality of signal lines are configured to face each other in at least a partial region and/or disposed in a zigzag form in at least a partial region. If the printed circuit board and a vibration actuator including the printed circuit board are used, it is possible to change a high frequency interference region according to a pattern by changing a pattern of the printed circuit board, and to improve receiving efficiency of an antenna by reducing high frequency noise.

Disclosed is an apparatus for generating linear vibration with a damper, which includes a housing having an inner space formed therein, a fixed body provided in the inner space and having a coil, a vibrating body having a magnet and a weight coaxially disposed with the coil and configured to move in a vertical direction on the basis of the fixed body, an elastic body configured to elastically support the vibrating body, a viscous fluid provided at an upper surface of the magnet and having viscosity, and a damper installed in the housing to face an upper surface of the vibrating body and configured to make a surface contact with the viscous fluid when the vibrating body moves upwards, the damper having a shape not making a surface contact with the entire viscous fluid simultaneously.
