Disclosed is a coating material for a coating layer of an injection mold, the coating material including 100 parts by weight of a resin composition and about 30 to 40 parts by weight of a curing agent. The resin composition includes an amount of about 40 to 50 wt % of a first acrylic resin, an amount of about 5 to 15 wt % of a second acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight less than a weight average molecular weight of the first acrylic resin, an amount of about 10 to 15 wt % of a carbon component, an amount of about 0.5 to 2 wt % of a matting agent, an amount of about 0.1 to 0.3 wt % of a catalyst and an amount of about 20 to 35 wt % of a solvent, all the wt % are based on the total weight of the resin composition.

The present disclosure relates to a resin composition for vehicle parts, a vehicle part manufactured using the resin composition, and a method of manufacturing the vehicle part. Ultra-high molecular weight siloxane and an inorganic filler are mixed with an alloy resin of polyamide and polyethylene at an optimal rate in order to improve friction resistance and wear resistance while maintaining excellent impact resistance and low hygroscopicity. When a vehicle part is manufactured using the resin composition, it is possible to eliminate the application of silicone-based oil or to remarkably reduce the amount of silicone-based oil that is used, whereby it is possible to reduce manufacturing costs. Furthermore, ingredients that are harmful to human beings, such as POM, are not included, whereby it is possible to improve the quality of air in a vehicle.

The eco-friendly product is manufactured using a method that is compatible with various environmental regulations such as reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The artificial leather includes a bio urethane-containing skin surface layer which uses biomass-derived components extracted from vegetable components, a solvent-free bio urethane adhesive layer, and a bio fiber base layer. The layers are sequentially stacked to minimize the use of organic solvents and components that are harmful to the human body.

As such, the molded article such as a vehicle seat pad can be manufactured with improved static and dynamic comfort.

Composition for manufacturing polyurethane foam and molded article thereof

A polyurethane filter foam is provided herein. The polyurethane filter foam may have improved permeability by having both a small cell and a large cell in a range for maximizing the opening property of the foam. In some instance, this is achieved by specifically configuring and foaming a composition of polyether polyol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) to manufacture the polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam of the present invention can be manufactured without performing a reticulation process.
