The present invention relates to a flexible film, more specifically, to a flexible film that not only exhibits high hardness, but also has excellent flexibility. According to the flexible film of the present invention, flexibility, bendability, high hardness, scratch resistance, and high transparency are exhibited, and there is no concern for damage of the film even when bended repeatedly or folded for a long time, and thus, it may be usefully applied for the front panels, display parts of bendable, flexible, rollable, or foldable mobile devices, display devices, various instrument panels, and the like.

Flexible film

The present invention relates to a flexible plastic film, and more specifically to a flexible plastic film having excellent flexibility while exhibiting high hardness. According to the present invention, the flexible plastic film exhibits flexibility, bending property, high hardness, scratch resistance and high transparency, and hardly has a risk of damaging the film even in a state of being warped for a long period of time, and thereby can be usefully applied to flexible mobile devices, display devices, front face and display unit of various instrument panels, and the like.

Flexible plastic film

A plastic film including a supporting substrate, a first coating layer which is formed on one side of the supporting substrate, and a second coating layer which is formed on another side of the supporting substrate, and a method for preparing the plastic film. More specifically, the plastic film has high hardness. According to the plastic film of the present invention and the preparation method thereof, it is possible to prepare a plastic film of high hardness which is less prone to curling easily.

Plastic film and a method for preparing the same

The present invention relates to a plastic film and a method for manufacturing same. A plastic film, which is formed such that at least one part has a curved shape, can have high hardness, impact resistance, scratch resistance and high transparency. The plastic film is light and will not be easily damaged by external pressure and thus can substitute for the existing glass and is expected to be used for various electronic products such as a display and the like. In particular, the plastic film has at least one part in a curved shape and thereby is expected to be used for products in various shapes which cannot be manufactured by means of the existing glass. The present invention relates to a curable composition for a glass substitute. By using a curable composition, excellent wear resistance and high hardness at a glass level can be obtained, and two-dimensional planar plastic film and three-dimensional plastic film without cracks or curls can be provided. According to the present invention, the hard coating film has high physical properties including hardness, fouling resistance, slip resistance, scratch resistance, transparency, durability, light resistance, and light transmittance. Thus, the hard coating film can find useful applications in various fields thanks to its excellent physical properties.

The present invention relates to a hard coating film and a preparation method thereof, and, more particularly, to a hard coating film having high hardness and excellent properties and a method of preparing the same. The method is advantageous in that a high-hardness hard coating film, which is not easily curled, can be easily prepared. A method of preparing a hard coating film by applying a hard coating composition onto both sides of a supporting substrate, thereby forming a hard coating layer on each side of the supporting substrate, the hard coating composition comprising a binder including a tri- to hexa-functional acrylate-based monomer, inorganic particles and a photoinitiator; and irradiating the applied hard coating layers with ultraviolet to simultaneously photocure the hard coating layers, wherein the hard coating film has a pencil hardness of 7H or more under a load of 1 kg, and properties such that when the hard coating film is exposed to a temperature of 50 to 90&#xb0; C. and a humidity of 80 to 90% for 70 to 100 hours and then placed on a plane, the maximum distance at which each edge of the hard coating film is spaced apart from the plane is 1.0 mm or less.

Method of preparing hard coating film

An exemplary embodiment of the present invention relates to an anti-glare coating composition and anti-glare coating film having excellent abrasion resistance and contamination resistance. The anti-glare coating composition according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises a) a binder resin; b) a fluorine-based UV curable functional group-containing compound; c) a photoinitiator; d) a surface curable photoinitiator; and e) a particulate of which a surface has an uneven pattern. In the case where a film is formed by using the anti-glare coating composition according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide both abrasion resistance and contamination resistance by a single coating method, to maintain characteristics of abrasion resistance and contamination resistance when the film is rubbed, and to decrease and easily remove contamination by an oil component, such as a fingerprint mark.
