A display panel includes a first unit pixel including a first pixel electrode for emitting red light, a first pixel electrode for emitting blue light, and a first pixel electrode for emitting green light. A second unit pixel neighbors the first unit pixel and includes a second pixel electrode for emitting red light, a second pixel electrode for emitting blue light, and a second pixel electrode for emitting green light. A display device includes a pixel circuit including a first pixel and a second pixel. The first pixel arranged in a first row and the second pixel arranged in a second row are commonly connected to one scan line, the number of the scan lines required by the display device may be reduced to half. An active period of the first selection signal does not overlap an active period of the second selection signal. A scan on time of the scan signal overlaps one of the active period of the first selection signal and the active period of the second selection signal.
