A method which is implemented by a processor of an electronic device includes receiving a program code directing operations to be processed by heterogeneous processors, receiving libraries to be referenced by the heterogeneous processors for processing the operations, receiving library information associated with attributes of processing the operations based on the libraries, determining processors, which will process the operations, from heterogeneous processors with reference to the library information such that each processor of the heterogeneous processors processes one or more assigned operations of the operations, and compiling sub portions divided from a whole portion of the program code so as to respectively correspond to the determined processors in a state where the sub portions respectively correspond to some libraries to be referenced by the determined processors.

Method implemented by processor of electronic device and processor to operate electronic device for heterogeneous processors

An electronic device and a method of operating the electronic device in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes determining whether to perform a partial decoding or a normal decoding based on a channel quality; if partial decoding is performed, decoding partial data received by a transceiver from a second electronic device during a part one TTI; when the decoding of the partial data succeeds, performing at least one complementary decoding until a decoding success count reaches a decoding threshold; and when the decoding success count reaches the decoding threshold, outputting a decoding result for the at least one complementary decoding; and if normal decoding is performed, decoding all data of the one TTI and outputting a result. One of the at least one complementary decoding comprises decoding previous data, and additional data received by the transceiver during an additional part of the one TTI, after the previous data.

Apparatus and method for controlling receiving data

A method of operating an electronic device in a wireless communication system, the electronic device, and a wireless communication integrated circuit are provided. The method includes decoding first data wherein an amount of the first data received within one transmission time interval reaches a target amount; if decoding of the first data succeeds, decoding second data that comprises the first data and additional data received during a unit section within the one transmission time interval; if decoding of the second data succeeds, transmitting the decoded second data; and terminating decoding of data received after receiving the second data within the one transmission time interval.

A method of operation of a communication system includes: calculating a total received power estimation based on a designated received signal having a designated pilot symbol; calculating an instantaneous channel estimation based on the designated pilot symbol calculating a channel gain power estimation based on the instantaneous channel estimation; calculating a total interference power estimation based on a difference between the instantaneous channel estimation and a delayed channel estimation; calculating a designated received power based on a difference between the total received power estimation and the total interference power estimation; and determining a relative transmission power estimation based on the designated received power and the channel gain power estimation for communicating with a device.
