The ion exchangeable membrane produced by using the ion exchangeable mixture has significantly smaller electric resistance than conventional ion exchangeable membranes, and has excellent selective permeability because the ion exchangeable membrane is electrically charged. The ion exchangeable membrane can be produced under very mild production conditions, and thus can be produced very easily. Furthermore, the ion exchangeable membrane can be also formed into film during a crosslinking reaction in a solvent of water, and thus is advantageous in that the ion exchangeable membrane can be freely produced into desired sizes, shapes and forms.

The pH indicator is added to each reactant. Color changes in the pH indicator permit the detection of toxins present in the sample.

A method of manufacturing a DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) chip is provided. The DNA chip has a plurality of transistors formed on a substrate and an organic layer and a DNA probe sequentially stacked on a gate of the transistor. The method includes forming an inter-layer insulation layer on the substrate to cover the transistors, planarizing the inter-layer insulation layer, forming at least two contact holes exposing gate electrodes of the transistors in the inter-layer insulation layer, selectively forming organic layers on the exposed gate electrodes, attaching a first DFR (dry film resist) layer to the upper surface of the inter-layer insulation layer to cover the contact holes, removing a portion of the first DFR layer covering a first contact hole among the contact holes, attaching a first DNA probe to the organic layers in the first contact hole, and removing a remaining portion of the first DFR layer.

Provided are a microfluidic chip for multiple bioassay and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes: forming microfluidic channels by coupling a channel structure having grooves for sample channels and probe channels in a bottom surface and a substrate; forming probe immobilization regions at intersections between the probe channels and the sample channels; and forming blocking walls in the probe channels before and after each of the probe immobilization regions to prevent mixing of target sample. Since the probes are immobilized in the microfluidic channels after the formation of the microfluidic channels, difficulty in connecting fluidic channels after the immobilization of probes on a substrate can be removed. In addition, a microfluidic platform for a multiple bioassay into which a plurality of samples can be simultaneously loaded can be formed.
