A method of fabricating an image sensor is provided. The method may include preparing a substrate with first to third pixel regions, coating a first color filter layer on the substrate, sequentially forming a first sacrificial layer and a first protection layer to cover the first color filter layer, forming a first photoresist pattern on the first protection layer to be overlapped with the first pixel region, performing a first dry etching process using the first photoresist pattern as an etch mask to the first sacrificial layer and the first protection layer to form a first color filter, a first sacrificial pattern, and a first protection pattern sequentially stacked on the first pixel region, and selectively removing the first sacrificial pattern to separate the first protection pattern from the first color filter.

The second film is exposed to remove the protecting group from the first compound under an exposed area of the second film. An acid generated in the exposed area of the second film is transferred to the first film. The second film after being exposed is removed. A second compound is bonded to the first compound from which the protecting group has been removed.

A biochip and a biochip scanning method and apparatus using phase changes are provided, wherein a laser beam is radiated to a biochip having immobilized probes placed thereon to cause a phase change in a phase change layer located under the biochip and the reflectance on the phase change layer according to the phase change is detected to allow reproduction or recording of bio information on the biochip. A phase change biochip and a phase change detection method using phase changes based on resistance detection are also provided, wherein the resistance between two electrodes connected respectively to both ends of a phase change layer including a bio spot where a phase change occurs is measured so that it is possible to easily detect phase changes in the biochip based on changes in the resistance.

A near field optical recording device for recording or reproducing information by making a near field light incident on a recording medium, in which an air induction channel is formed extended from an outside to a collective lens at a head slider where the collective lens is mounted facing near the surface of the recording medium. In an optical recording and reproducing, the temperature rise in the collective lens being close to the surface of the recording medium due to the heat energy generated by the light made incident on the surface of the recording medium can be restrained.

A contamination preventing device of an optical head for near field recording includes a slider being supported by a suspension in a deck and having a collective hole vertically penetrated though which a light source is transmitted; a collective lens being installed at a lower portion of the collective hole of the slider, collecting light generated from the light source and forming a spot at an upper surface of a recording medium; and a lens contaminant removing means removing a foreign substance clung to the collective lens. When the surface of the collective lens mounted at the slider is exposed to contaminant substances while performing interaction with the surface of the recording medium in the near field optical recording or reproducing, the lens surface can be easily cleansed to remove the contaminant of the surface of the lens immediately.
