A transmission for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle, including a transmission casing which is or can be at least partially filled with oil and wherein a parking lock is arranged, wherein the parking lock includes a parking lock gear, which is connected rotationally conjointly to a transmission shaft and which has a locking toothing, and a locking pawl, which is mounted pivotably on the transmission casing and which has a locking tooth which, when the locking pawl is pivoted into a locking position, can be placed in positive locking engagement with the locking toothing of the parking lock gear, wherein the locking pawl is actuatable by an electromechanical parking-lock actuator which is arranged within the transmission casing. The invention furthermore relates to a motor vehicle which has a transmission of the type.

Transmission casing with an electromechanical parking-lock actuator

An electric parking brake actuator has a transmission mechanism, which is rotationally drivable by an electric motor and converts rotational movement into an axial movement of an actuating rod that carries an actuating element for the parking brake. The actuating rod normally moves by electric motor displacement via the transmission mechanism from an unblocking position to a blocking position and vice versa. A blocking mechanism serves the purpose of holding the actuating rod in the unblocking position of the actuating rod against the force of a spring element. A blocking disc, which is in drive connection with the transmission mechanism, has a stop surface for a locking device in only one rotational direction of the blocking disc. For secondary alternate operation the stop surface is releasable by the locking device so that the actuating rod is biased by the spring element to the blocking position without electric-motorized assistance.

Electric parking brake actuator for actuation of a parking brake in a motor vehicle

An actuating device for hydraulically actuating at least one setting element comprising a pump, which has an electric pump drive, with reversible pumping direction, at least one double-acting piston-cylinder arrangement, which is connected therewith and the piston of which is operatively connected with the setting element, and a hydraulic fluid reservoir from which the hydraulic fluid can be pumped to the piston-cylinder arrangement in order to hydraulically load the piston thereof for a setting element movement depending on pumping direction on one (effective surface) or other (effective surface) side. In this connection, the piston-cylinder arrangement is functionally associated with a detent device with a blocking element, which is spring-biased into a blocking position preventing setting element movement and is movable by an electrically activatable actuator from the blocking position into a release position permitting setting element movement.
