The through hole is formed in the plate body. The plate body extends from the through hole in a direction deviating from the axis of the through hole. The connection part is connected with the plate body and is used for connecting the plate body to a non-rotating member. A fixed baffle plate is arranged in the compressor, to physically block the gas flow and form a space for stabilizing the refrigerant oil or lubricant oil on one side of the baffle plate corresponding to the oil sump. The space can isolate the disturbance from spiral flow of a lower cavity to the oil sump caused by the rotation of the motor when the compressor operates.
