A display device includes multiple packages, each including a substrate, multiple pixel members, and an encapsulant. Each of the pixel members includes a first light emitting diode (LED) chip, a second LED chip, and a third LED chip. The LED chips of one of the two adjacent pixel members are arranged along a first direction, and the LED chips of the other one of the two adjacent pixel members are arranged along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Each of the packages has a first spacing between the first LED chips of the two adjacent pixel members. The first LED chip of each pixel member in each package is spaced apart from a nearest one of the first LED chips of the nearest package by a second spacing equal to the first spacing.

Display device

An LED package includes N number of first pins, six second pins and N number of LED units, where N is four or six. Each of the LED units includes first to third LEDs, each of which has first and second terminals. The first terminal of the first LED for each of (2j&#x2212;1)and (2j)LED units is connected to a (2j&#x2212;1)first pin. The first terminals of the second and third LEDs for each of the (2j&#x2212;1)and (2j)LED units are connected to a (2j)first pin, where j is an integer and 0&#x3c;j&#x2264;N/2. The second terminals of the first, second and third LEDs for the (2j&#x2212;1)LED unit are connected to the 1, 2and 3second pins, respectively. The second terminals of the first, second and third LEDs for the (2j)LED unit are connected to the 4, 5and 6second pins.

Light emitting diode array package having a plurality of power source signals without limiting resistor

A display panel includes a substrate and a plurality of light emitting elements. The substrate has an inner edge and an outer edge opposite to each other. The inner edge is enclosed to form an enclosed opening. The light emitting elements are disposed on the substrate and enclose the enclosed opening to form an inner loop at the inner edge of the substrate and an outer loop at the outer edge of the substrate. The inner loop and the outer loop have similar shapes. A composite display panel is also disclosed.
