A cell culture sheet assembly for a large-capacity incubator, wherein a plurality of cell culture sheets are disposed to be spaced apart at predetermined intervals in a direction perpendicular to a main surface, in which each cell culture sheet has an area of 100 cmor more, a thickness of 200 to 800 μm, and a bending depth of 0.5 cm or less. Even when the culture sheets are closely placed in a limited volume of space, there is little sagging or shape deformation in a specific direction to prevent contact with adjacent culture sheets, thereby preventing a decrease in cell culture volume due to dead space. Because the flow of a cell culture fluid due to the occurrence of contact can be minimized or prevented, the cell culture sheet assembly is suitable for large-capacity incubators and can be widely applied to the cell culture industry.

Provided is an antimicrobial dressing, which includes: a first cover member having a plurality of pores formed therein and contacting a wound; an antimicrobial membrane that is made by accumulating nanofibers containing a water-soluble polymer that is dissolved in an exudate secreted from the wound, a water-insoluble polymer, and an antimicrobial substance released due to dissolution of the water-soluble polymer, the antimicrobial membrane being laminated on the first cover member and having a plurality of pores formed therein; and a second cover member laminated on the antimicrobial membrane and having a plurality of pores formed therein and exposed to an external air.

A yarn including a plurality of twists formed by twisting single fiber strand or multiple fiber strands; and fiber grooves, which are spaces formed between the twists, to provide three-dimensional growth spaces and migration paths for cells. Accordingly, a cell proliferation rate and cell viability may be enhanced by creating microenvironments suitable for migration, proliferation and differentiation of cultured cells. In addition, cell clusters having more uniform shapes may be easily implemented by forming the proliferation spaces and migration paths for the cultured cells as similar as possible to each other in each scaffold. Further, the cells cultured thereby can be cultured in a suitable shape and structure to be applied to an in vitro experimental model or transplanted into the body of an animal, and can be widely applied in various products used in a cell culture or tissue engineering field.

Provided is yarn for a cell culture scaffold. The yarn for a cell culture scaffold according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes slitting yarn produced by cutting a compressed nanofiber web to a predetermined width. Accordingly, by creating microenvironments suitable for migration, proliferation and differentiation of cells, cell viability may be enhanced and cells may be three-dimensionally proliferated. In addition, a scaffold according to the present invention has a mechanical strength sufficient for prevention of disruption of the scaffold which occurs during cell culture, such that cells may be stably proliferated. Further, the scaffold according to the present invention uses slitting yarn formed of the compressed nanofiber web, thereby having pores with various sizes, and therefore cell proliferation and cell viability may be enhanced by creation of an extracellular matrix-like environment.

A scaffold for cell culture or tissue engineering is provided. The scaffold includes a fiber web having a three-dimensional network structure, which includes a biodegradable scaffold fiber. Therefore, a microenvironment suitable for migration, proliferation and differentiation of cells to be cultured is created, thereby improving a cell proliferation rate and cell viability. In addition, the scaffold may be easily removed from cells cultured therein without physical/chemical stimuli, and thus the cultured cells may be easily recovered, and is able to be grafted into the body while the cultured cells are included in the scaffold. Moreover, the cultured cells may be cultured to have a similar shape/structure to those of an actual animal body to make it more suitable to be applied in grafting into an in vitro experimental model or animal body.
