Provided is the use of a silane composite emulsion as an anti-cracking enhancer in a cement-based material. In the present disclosure, active groups on an isobutyltriethoxysilane molecule react with hydroxyl groups on a surface of a mortar to form a layered hydrophobic structure, slowing down a water loss inside the mortar of a cement-based material. The dehydration of butyl acrylate forms a network structure, which fills pores of the cement-based material, inhibits shrinkage of the cement-based material, and reduces the cracking caused by the shrinkage. Tetraethoxysilane can undergo hydrolysis at a room temperature to generate nano-silica with a large number of hydroxyl groups on a surface; and the nano-silica can undergo secondary hydration with calcium hydroxide in the cement to form a secondary hydration product C—S—H gel, thereby filling most of voids to make a structure of the cement hydration product denser, to increase a strength of the mortar.

Use of silane composite emulsion as anti-cracking enhancer

An anti-corrosive concrete grouting material for coastal structure connection and a method for preparing the same, belonging to the technical field of anti-corrosion of coastal assembled structure connectors. The grouting material includes the following components: expansible compound cement, slag sand, fly ash (FA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) (containing an oxidant and a catalyst), graphene oxide (GO), a water reducer, an adjusting admixture, a defoaming agent, a mineral admixture and water. A shrinkage-free effect of the grouting material is realized through internal curing of GO-PVA hydrogel, micro-expansion of the compound cement and shrinkage reduction effect of the FA; an energy storage effect of a GO-PVA hydrogel micro-capacitor is exerted to avoid formation of a reinforcement corrosion micro-battery in a grouting material sleeve, a reinforcement corrosion self-immune effect is achieved, seawater corrosion resistance of the grouting material is improved by the slag sand, and it has huge economic and environmental protection benefits.

The present application relates to a train smoke and fire alarm communication method based on independent modules combination and a 3U chassis structure. By externally connecting a carriage number connector Xof an IO board to an address line to identify a carriage number, and invoking a detector configuration; acquiring temperature information and smoke concentration information by detectors and transmitting the same to a CPU board to be processed; by the CPU board, determining the acquired information, and outputting alarm information, and transmitting the alarm information to an HMI display screen in a cab; interrupting signals output between the IO board and a train safety loop, and transmitting the alarm information to the HMI display screen in the cab, and lightening a red alarm indicator on the DISP board; and by a DS board, Enet board and wireless board, collecting, storing and uploading the information.
