The present invention relates to non-aqueous fluoropolymer compositions useful for the preparation of polymeric materials.

Non-aqueous cross-linkable fluoropolymer compositions

A polymer [polymer (P)] comprising a plurality of (per)fluoropolyether (PFPE) segments [segments (S)] joined together by hydrogenated (poly)ether segments [segments (S)], said polymers (P) having two end groups [groups (E)], each group (E) comprising a hydroxy or a leaving group, with the proviso that the hydrogenated (poly)ether segment (S) is not a segment of formula &#x2014;CHOCHOCH&#x2014; is herein disclosed. Disclosed is also a method for the manufacture of polymer (P) and a polymer obtainable by full or partial fluorination of polymer (P). Polymer (P) and polymers obtainable therefrom by full or partial fluorination can be conveniently used in the manufacture of lubricant compositions or of compositions for imparting hydro-/oleo-repellence to substrates. Said polymers can also be used as intermediates for the manufacture of other polymers or block copolymers.

Bifunctional fluorinated polymers comprising a plurality of (per)fluoropolyether segments

The invention relates to a non-aqueous fluoropolymer composition comprising: a) at least one fluorinated ionizable polymer [polymer (A)] as defined in the description, and b) at least one fluorinated ionizable polymer [polymer (B)] as defined in the description; c) at least one fluorinated solvent; and d) at least one alcohol. The invention further relates to a process for manufacturing the composition and to the use of the composition for preparing polymeric materials.

Non-aqueous fluoropolymer compositions

The present invention relates to (per)fluoropolymer compositions, in particular to (per)fluoropolyether compositions comprising:&#x2014;a (per)fluoropolymer having more than two carboxy groups and&#x2014;a polyamine. The invention further relates to processes for preparing said compositions and to molded articles obtained from said compositions.

(Per)fluoropolymer composition

The invention relates to a composition of ionisable fluoropolymers, in particular to polymer compositions comprising: a) at least one fluorinated ionisable polymer (A), which comprises recurring fluorinated blocks and recurring functional blocks, each of said recurring functional blocks comprising at least one ionisable anionic group, and in which polymer (A) at least one of the said recurring functional blocks is comprised between two fluorinated blocks; b) at least one fluorinated ionisable polymer (B), which comprises recurring fluorinated blocks and recurring functional blocks, each of said recurring functional blocks comprising at least one ionisable cationic group, and in which polymer (B) at least one of the said recurring functional blocks is comprised between two fluorinated blocks; wherein the ratio between the ionic equivalents of polymer (A) and the ionic equivalents of polymer (B) ranges from 1.1 to 0.9.
