A display device, a turn-on state, and a turn-off state of a driving transistor can be easily controlled by a control of a control voltage applied to a control gate electrode opposed to a driving gate electrode of the driving transistor and a non-light-emitting driving can be performed in a display driving. Furthermore, as the non-light-emitting driving is performed by the control voltage applied to the control gate electrode of the driving transistor, the non-light-emitting driving can be performed independently from a period in which a scan signal is applied, the non-light-emitting driving can be performed without affecting a display driving and a video response time of the display device can be improved.

Display device

The present disclosure relates to a display device including scan lines, data lines, control signal lines, and subpixels. A first subpixel among the subpixels includes a first light emitting element including an anode electrode and a cathode electrode; a first driving circuit connected to a first scan line of the plurality of scan lines and a first data line of the plurality of data lines and configured to drive the first light emitting element; a first light emitting control transistor configured to be turned on or off according to a first light emitting control signal supplied to its gate node and control a connection between the first light emitting element and the first driving circuit; and a first light emitting control circuit configured to output a first light emitting control signal to the gate node of the first light emitting control transistor.

Display device and display panel

The present disclosure provides a gate driving circuit and a display device. An nth stage circuit among a plurality of stage circuits included in a gate driving circuit according to embodiments of the disclosure may include a scan output buffer circuit configured to output a scan signal according to voltages of a Q node and a Qb node, a control circuit including a plurality of transistors to control the voltages of the Q node and the Qb node, the plurality of transistors including a first Q node discharge transistor turned on or off by the voltage of the Qb node to control connection between the Q node and a low-potential voltage node, and a body bias circuit configured to supply a body bias voltage to a body of a first Q node discharge transistor.

Gate driving circuit and display device

A display device, a data driving circuit and a display driving method are discussed. The display device can include a display panel in which a plurality of subpixel circuits including a light emitting element, a driving transistor, and a sensing transistor are disposed. The display device further can include a gate driving circuit configured to supply a plurality of scan signals to the display panel through a plurality of gate lines, a data driving circuit configured to supply a plurality of data voltages to the display panel through a plurality of data lines and supply a constant current to the plurality of subpixel circuits during a resistance sensing period, and a timing controller configured to control the gate driving circuit and the data driving circuit, and supply compensation image data to the display panel by using the resistance of the sensing transistor detected in the resistance sensing period.

Display device, data driving circuit and display driving method

Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device, as a touch sensor connecting pattern for a connection between touch sensors or a connection between a touch sensor and a touch routing line is disposed by using a same material with a voltage line disposed on a subpixel. Thus, an electrode structure for a touch sensing can be implemented while reducing a manufacturing process. Furthermore, as the voltage line is disposed to overlap at least a part of the touch sensor and the touch routing line, a performance of the touch sensing can be improved by reducing an influence that a parasitic capacitance by a driving of a light-emitting element affects the touch sensing.

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a light emitting display device includes a substrate defined by a plurality of sub-pixels and a first overcoating layer disposed on the substrate, a connection electrode and a sacrificial layer disposed on the first overcoating layer, a first electrode disposed on the connection electrode, a second overcoating layer disposed on the sacrificial layer and including an opening that exposes a portion of the first electrode, a dummy first electrode disposed on a top surface of the second overcoating layer and a side surface of the opening and separated from the first electrode, a bank layer covering the dummy first electrode and a portion of the first electrode, and an emission layer and a second electrode disposed on the first electrode and the bank layer.

Light emitting display device and method of fabricating the same

Provided are an organic light-emitting display apparatus and a method of manufacturing the same. An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate including an active area and a pad area, an anode electrode in the active area, an organic emission layer on the anode electrode, a cathode electrode on the organic emission layer, an auxiliary electrode connected to the cathode electrode, a signal pad in the pad area, and a first pad electrode connected to the signal pad, the first pad electrode covering a top of the signal pad, the first pad electrode being configured to prevent the top of the signal pad from being corroded, wherein the auxiliary electrode includes a first auxiliary electrode and a second auxiliary electrode connected to the first auxiliary electrode through a contact hole, and wherein the first pad electrode includes a same material as the first auxiliary electrode.

Organic light emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device and a method of fabricating the same can reduce resistance of a cathode by forming an auxiliary electrode. Also, such OLED display device and method can prevent damage on a pad electrode due to an etchant during patterning of an anode by applying a protective structure to the pad electrode of a pad area and by including the pad electrode exposed from a plurality of pad electrode layers.

Organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

An organic light emitting display device includes a thin film transistor (TFT) including a gate electrode and a source electrode. An anode electrode is disposed on the TFT, and a cathode electrode disposed on an organic emission layer is connected to an auxiliary electrode which is disposed on a same layer on which the anode electrode is disposed.
