Provided is a foundation building system for an offshore wind turbine, whereby a monopile is configured to be placed on the seabed, having an upper portion with a first attachment interface for attaching a foundation platform unit, at least one internal, second attachment interface in an interior cavity of the monopile for attaching at least one electrical platform unit, and a third attachment interface for attaching a tower of the offshore wind turbine atop the at least one electrical platform unit, wherein the upper portion is to be placed at least partly above sea level, the foundation platform unit providing at least one foundation platform extending around the tower when installed, and the at least one electrical platform unit comprising at least one platform for electrical equipment for guiding and/or connecting of an connection cable for connecting the offshore wind turbine.

An indicator device for detecting a delamination of a composite material, including detecting a delamination of a composite material of a wind turbine or a wind turbine rotor blade is provided. The indicator device includes: A first part, a second part and an electric circuit. Therein, the first part comprises at least a part of a lower part of the electric circuit. The second part comprises at least a part of an upper part of the electric circuit. And the lower part and the upper part are electrically connected to each other at a predetermined breaking point forming the electric circuit in such a manner, that when the indicator device is in use in a composite material, if a delamination of the respective composite material occurs, the electric connection between the lower part and the upper part breaks at the predetermined breaking point, thus cutting the electric circuit.

The wind turbine rotor blade element is adapted for mounting on the wind turbine rotor blade. The wind turbine rotor blade has a trailing edge, a suction side and a pressure side. The blade element has a trailing edge, a first surface and a second surface. The first surface forms a pressure side surface portion. The second surface has a suction side surface portion and a contact surface.
