The disclosure relates to a mobile working machine with a control device, comprising a working arm, and methods for controlling the operating point of a working arm of a mobile working machine. According to the disclosure, the mobile working machine with the control device, comprising a working arm, has a working arm, a first end of which is hinged to a superstructure of the working machine. A tool is movably arranged on a second end of the working arm at an operating point. At least one first inclination sensor lies on the superstructure and at least one second inclination sensor lies on the working arm. In addition, at least one hydraulic cylinder is provided for changing the position of the operating point, said cylinder being hinged between the superstructure and the working arm. Furthermore, a control unit for processing signals from the at least two inclination sensors is provided to determine an operating point as a reference operating point and to ascertain a position change of the operating point by calculating a cylinder stroke on the basis of a volume flow into or out of the hydraulic cylinder.

A lifting mechanism has a continuously variable lifting mechanism valve, with a multi-position valve, by way of which a lifting cylinder can be made to communicate with a pump or a tank. In the flow path of the pressure fluid from the multi-position valve to a pressure chamber, effective in the 'carrying' direction, of the lifting cylinder, there is a relief pressure limiting valve, by way of which a relief pressure can be proportionally set. During relief pressure regulation, a metering aperture, which is predetermined by the proportionally variable multi-position valve, is opened, so that the volumetric flow of pressure fluid to the tank is minimized via the pressure limiting valve.

Lifting mechanism, and method for triggering a lifting mechanism

Disclosed is a lifting gear valve arrangement for controlling a double-action lifting gear or an add-on unit with a continuously adjustable directional control valve and with an individual pressure compensator via which a pressure medium volume flow to and from a lifting cylinder of the lifting gear can be controlled. A proportionally adjustable pressure limiting valve is provided in the pressure medium flow path between an outlet connection of the directional control valve and a working connection of the lifting gear valve arrangement, via which the pressure inside this area can be limited to a maximum value. The adjustment of the pressure limiting valve is preferably performed as a function of the operating states of the lifting gear or of the type of add-on unit.

Lifting gear valve arrangement

The invention discloses a hydraulic control arrangement for controlling a number of consumers, particularly of a mobile working machine. In addition to the consumers of the control arrangement, an additional consumer should be able to be connected to a power beyond port. All consumers and power beyond consumers are supplied with hydraulic fluid by a pump. An input pressure scale is provided downstream of the pump, and the greater of the load pressures of the consumers or of the at least one power beyond consumer is applied to the control port of said input pressure scale.
