There is provided a sol-gel chip using a porous substrate for entrapping small molecules and a method for screening a small molecule-specific material using the same, and more particularly, a porous substrate sol-gel chip characterized in that a sol-gel composition for entrapping small molecules is spotted on a surface of the porous substrate, a method for manufacturing the porous substrate sol-gel chip for entrapping small molecules, and a method for screening a material specifically binding to the small molecules using the porous substrate sol-gel chip for entrapping small molecules. According to the present invention, the small molecules can be effectively entrapped in the chip and the inflow of aptamers can be maintained as compared with the existing methods and thus aptamers specific to an extensive range of small molecules can be more easily selected.

The present invention relates to a multiplex microfluidic device for selection of nucleic acid aptamers and a method for high-throughput selection of nucleic acid aptamers using the same, and more particularly to a multiplex microfluidic device (SELEX lap-on-a-chip) that uses an improved multiplex platform in place of the development of an aptamer for a single target and to a method for high throughput selection of aptamers using the same together with high-throughput sequencing. A multiplex microfluidic device according to the present invention can simultaneously detect aptamers for a plurality of targets, and it can greatly increase the screening throughput and greatly shorten the process time compared to conventional multiplex techniques. Particularly, when a process for selecting aptamers is performed using the device of the invention together with a high-throughput sequencing method, the number of target binding/elution/amplification rounds can be greatly reduced, and the process can be performed in an automated manner. Thus, the device of the invention is highly useful.

The present invention relates to a method for screening a sol composition for sol-gel biochips, which is used to immobilize a probe on a surface-untreated substrate, also relates to a sol composition screened by said method and a sol-gel biochip comprising said sol composition immobilized thereon. The sol composition screened by the disclosed method can be mixed with a probe, and the sol mixture can be integrated on 96-well plates, which are widely used in existing bioassays, without surface treatment. Also, the biochip can provide a sensitive and specific good analysis results because this immobilization methods of probe maintain the nature of probes without modification.

The present invention relates to a method for screening a substance inhibiting protein-protein interactions, and more particularly to a method for screening a substance inhibiting protein-protein interactions, the method comprising using a protein chip having immobilized thereon spots comprising a mixture of a sol-gel material and a protein. According to the invention, a protein chip can be easily manufactured in a 96-well plate using a sol-gel material, whereby an inhibitor that inhibits protein-protein interactions can be easily screened from a library of natural substances.

Disclosed is a method and kit of detecting a target material using an aptamer, and more particularly to a method and kit for detecting a target material, in which a sample and a second aptamer are added to a first aptamer immobilized on a solid phase so as to form a bond sandwiched between the first aptamer, the target material and the second aptamer, to an FET sensor-based method and kit for detecting a target material, and to an AAO sensor-based method and kit for detecting a target material. The method for a target material using an aptamer can detect even low-molecular-weight materials which were difficult to detect in the prior art, thereby enabling detection of disease-related metabolites, environmental pollutants and food toxins in solutions. In addition, the detection method is a direct and simple method and is highly cost-effective, because it uses the aptamer which can be consistently reproduced and can be produced at low costs.

A nucleic acid aptamer capable of binding specifically to bisphenol A and a method of detecting and removing bisphenol A using the nucleic acid aptamer. The nucleic acid aptamer capable of binding specifically to bisphenol A has affinity for bisphenol A at nM concentration, and thus can detect even a very small amount of bisphenol A. Also, the nucleic acid aptamer can specifically detect only bisphenol A without showing affinity for other bisphenols, including bisphenol B having no difference from bisphenol A except for a single methyl group. Accordingly, the nucleic acid aptamer is effective in detecting and removing the environmental hormone bisphenol A which is difficult to detect by conventional methods.
