Provided are a detection frame position accuracy improvement system and a detection frame position correction method capable of estimating a detection frame position with high accuracy using information before and after a target frame. The detection frame position accuracy improvement system includes a time-series image input unitthat inputs time-series images, an object detection unitthat detects a target object with the time-series images, a detection frame position distribution estimation unitthat estimates a distribution of detection frame position coordinates at time t from detection results of the target object up to time t−1 (t is a positive integer), a detection frame prediction unitthat predicts positions of a detection frame at times t+1 to t+n (n is a positive integer) according to the detection results and the distribution, a detection frame uncertainty estimation unitthat updates the distribution of the detection frame position coordinates at time t according to degrees of overlap between the detection results of the target object at the times t+1 to t+n and the predicted detection frame and estimates uncertainty of a detection frame at time t, and a detection frame correction unitthat corrects the detection frame at time t on the basis of the detection frame and the uncertainty.

An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for suppressing a data capacity by appropriately selecting a data item that needs to be collected in order to analyze an accident situation or the like. An information processing apparatus simulates a measurable region of a sensor when the sensor is arranged in a measurement region to be measured, and the information processing apparatus includes: a generation unit that generates a measurement region map with environment information based on a three-dimensional model of the measurement region to be measured and the environment information that causes a change in a measurement result of the sensor; an execution unit that virtually arranges the sensor on the measurement region map with environment information generated by the generation unit, and simulates the measurable region of the sensor based on sensor information related to the measurable region of the sensor; and an output unit that outputs a result of simulation by the execution unit.

A photographing device for photographing a monitored area has a state diagnosis of a camera using a stereo camera configured by two or more cameras. A diagnostic pattern database is provided in which information on a plurality of images having different photographing conditions obtained by the stereo camera are stored in advance as diagnostic patterns. Disparity information is acquired based on image data from the stereo camera and a state diagnosis of the camera is performed by determining whether the camera is abnormal or normal based on the disparity information with reference to the information on the plurality of images having different photographing conditions stored in the diagnostic pattern database. Upon receiving a result of the state diagnosis, at least one of illumination control, shutter control, and posture control of the camera or the stereo camera is performed.

An imaging system is configured to include an image acquisition unit which acquires an image from an imaging device, an object extraction unit which extracts a plurality of objects from the image, a characteristic information addition unit which adds geometry information that indicates geometric relationships among the plurality of objects to each set of objects as characteristic information, a camera parameter estimation unit which obtains image coordinates of the objects in accordance with the characteristic information to estimate camera parameters based on the characteristic information and the image coordinates, and a camera parameter output unit which outputs the camera parameters.
