An application element and an applicator comprising pluralities of said application elements on a molded support is provided for applying a product such as a cosmetic, a medicinal or a care product. At least one application element of the applicator includes a base portion and at least one thin projection. The thin projection includes at least one surface and wherein the at least one outer surface flushes with at least a portion of an outer surface of the base portion.

Application element for an applicator

A cosmetic applicator for applying a cosmetic or care product includes an applicator member having a proximal portion and a distal portion. A distal portion of the applicator member is formed as an applying portion and comprises a first application side and a second application side opposite to the first application side. The applying portion includes a peripheral edge that extends around a periphery of the applying portion. The peripheral edge has a maximum thickness at a widest part of the applying portion.

Cosmetic applicator

A cosmetic applicator for applying a cosmetic or care product includes an applicator head assembly comprising a first application surface and a second application surface. The first application surface is a continuous application surface whereas the second application surface is a discontinuous application surface. The second application surface is a collection of a plurality of application surfaces, wherein each of the application surfaces has an area smaller than an area of the continuous application surface. The applicator head assembly comprises a hollow sleeve and an insertion member which is configured to be received and retained within the hollow sleeve. The insertion member includes a plurality of elongated projections which defines the second application surface whereas the first application surface is defined on a portion of the hollow sleeve.

Cosmetic package

The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic applicator for applying a cosmetic, makeup, or a care product on skin, lips or on keratinous fibers. The cosmetic applicator comprises an application member assembly at a distal end of a rod and a handle at a proximal end of a rod. The application member assembly comprises an elongated casing with a hollow cavity, a multiplicity of application elements projecting from an outer surface of the casing, a non-resilient member disposed within the hollow cavity and extending along a length of the casing; wherein the non-resilient member comprises at least two progressively tightening and locking features in a locking region at its proximal end portion. The locking region is defined over a sufficient length of the non-resilient member which permits to attain different locking positions for the casing at the proximal end portion and thus varied lengths of the elongated casings can be used along with the same non-resilient member.

An applicator for applying a composition, such as makeup or a care product composition, e.g. lip gloss, mascara, eye liner, hair color, wound care, pharmaceutical or the like, that have diverse application characteristics. The applicator comprises an applicator element comprising a support and a layout of fibers on at least a portion of the support, the fibers being flocked to at least portion of the support and allow the applicator element to be loaded with the composition. The layout of fibers defines a pattern of fibers on the support and the pattern of fibers is visible to naked eye and perceptible to touch.

Flocked applicator

An applicator comprising at least two applicator elements and one of the at least two applicator elements at least partially surrounds or encompasses other of the at least two applicator elements. One of the at least two applicator element is constructed from a filament constructed at least partially from a thermal storage material that is capable of retaining heat or cold for application to a body, and comprises at least two loops which provide a discontinuous application surface.

Cosmetic case

A cosmetic applicator for applying a composition, the cosmetic applicator comprising a rod having a central longitudinal axis and a distal end of the rod is connected to an applicator head. The applicator head comprises a molded core and a plurality of tines projecting outwardly from the core. The core is elongated along a central longitudinal axis which does not coincide or intersect with the central longitudinal axis of the rod. The core further includes at least one longitudinal spline running along the central longitudinal axis of the core for entire length of the core, the at least one longitudinal spline is free of tines and wherein an end of the spline of the core contacts an outer edge of a transition portion of the applicator head.

Bottle

A wiper which seals the container upon withdrawal of an applicator from the container. The wiper comprises an upper part and a lower part which is a sealing part, and wherein the sealing part is a self-sealing resilient structure. In a closed state of the sealing part, the sealing part forms a seal at a distal end of the wiper and in an open state, an opening is formed at the distal end of the wiper, when the applicator is inserted into the wiper. The wiper of the present disclosure can be employed in the container used for application of cosmetic or care products include viscous cosmetics, mascara, eye liner, lip gloss, hair color and like products.

Wiper for a container

An applicator comprising a stem having a handle at its proximal end and an applicator element at its distal end. The applicator element is constructed from a filament constructed at least partially from a thermal storage material that is capable of retaining heat or cold for application to a body. The applicator element comprises at least two loops which provide a discontinuous application surface.

A cosmetic applicator is provided. The cosmetic applicator includes a flexible application member which is manufactured independently in a first shape. The cosmetic applicator includes a stem which is a cylindrical hollow body configured to receive the application member. The application member is configured to attain a second shape when constrained within the stem. The application member includes an elongated base member and an applicator head attached to a first side of the base member.
