A model as a service system in which call participants' emotional or mental state is recognized by the system based on aspects of voice-based audio data collected from the call participants' communication devices, in particular the state of a company's customers. The system provides an algorithm for use by a company employee during an ongoing communication with a customer of the company. The voice-based data is recorded from the participants' communication devices, and sent to a server that analyzes the recordings for characteristics that reflect the current emotional or mental state of call participants, particularly the state of the customer. The characteristics are used to generate an algorithm that provides to a company participant suggestions for modifying aspects of their voice communication with the customer in real- or near real-time.

Speech analysis models as a service

The disclosed system captures real-time data regarding a mobile device user's receptivity to interacting, need to interact, and likely availability for interacting; matches this data with that of a second party; and facilitates the connection of the mobile device user to the second party for a mutually beneficial interaction. The second party could be a friend or peer, or an organization/enterprise. Overall, the integrated system saves time, money, and effort of both parties by reducing or eliminating unnecessary attempts to connect where there is an insufficient likelihood of interaction success.

Method and apparatus for opportunistic synchronizing of tele-communications to personal mobile devices

Systems and methods are provided for analyzing voice-based audio inputs. A voice-based audio input associated with a user (e.g., wherein the voice-based audio input is a prompt or a command) is received and measures of one or more features are extracted. One or more parameters are calculated based on the measures of the one or more features. The occurrence of one or more mistriggers is identified by inputting the one or more parameters into a predictive model. Further, systems and methods are provided for identifying human mental health states using mobile device data. Mobile device data (including sensor data) associated with a mobile device corresponding to a user is received. Measurements are derived from the mobile device data and input into a predictive model. The predictive model is executed and outputs probability values of one or more symptoms associated with the user.

Apparatus and methods consistent with the present disclosure route electronic communications to an appropriate resource that can efficiently and effectively provide responses to inquires included in or that are associated with a particular electronic communication. Methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may be optimized for various different types of communication mediums with different sets of capabilities, requirements, or constraints by evaluating data that may be associated with historical information or with a stream of information.

A system for tele-communication between mobile devices is described. The disclosed system and methods provide real-time information about how agents and customers sound as they are speaking, allowing a supervisor to continuously monitor how agents are doing. The system allows agents to visualize their own speech behavior performance during and after a conversation while viewing important comparative information about prior conversations, and gamifies conversations in real-time by providing visual comparison between the live conversations and various target metrics. The visualization in-turn enhances agent interactive skills such as active listening and mirroring, as well as decision-making skills based on observations of customer engagement and distress levels.

Systems and methods are provided for managing and analyzing multi-party dialogs (e.g., calls) between communication devices. A digital connection is established with each of a plurality of communication devices. The connection is switched between the communication devices from a POTS connection to digital connections, enabling the communication devices to communicate with each other via the computing device over the digital connections. Audio signals are part of a multi-party dialog between users of the plurality of communication devices. The received audio signals are split into corresponding first signals and second signals. The first signals are transmitted to the plurality of communication devices and are analyzed to produce measurements of features of the second signals. Feedback data is transmitted to at least one of the plurality of communication devices.

Systems and methods for managing, analyzing and providing visualizations of multi-party dialogs

In some example embodiments, a system is provided for real-time analysis of audio signals. First digital audio signals are retrieved from memory. First computed streamed signal information corresponding to each of the first digital audio signals is generated by computing first metrics data for the first digital audio signals, the first computed streamed signal information including the first metrics data. The computed first streamed signal information is stored in the memory. The first computed streamed signal information is transmitted to one or more computing devices. Transmitting the first computed streamed signal information to the one or more computing devices causes the first computed streamed signal information to be displayed at the one or more computing devices.
