A display panel includes: a substrate, and a plurality of pixel circuits, an initial signal line and a plurality of light-emitting devices that are disposed on the substrate. The initial signal line is coupled to the plurality of pixel circuits, and includes a plurality of first signal lines and a plurality of second signal lines, the plurality of second signal lines are farther away from the substrate than the plurality of first signal lines, and the plurality of first signal lines are coupled to the plurality of second signal lines. Each light-emitting device of the plurality of light-emitting devices is coupled to a pixel circuit of the plurality of pixel circuits, the light-emitting device includes a first electrode, and orthographic projections of first electrodes of the plurality of light-emitting devices on the substrate do not overlap with orthographic projections of the plurality of second signal lines on the substrate.

Display panel and display device

A display substrate and a manufacture method thereof, and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a display region and a peripheral region, the peripheral region includes a first scan driving circuit and a second scan driving circuit on a first side of the display region, the peripheral region further includes a binding region on a second side of the display region, the peripheral region includes an organic insulation layer, the organic insulation layer at least partially covers the first scan driving circuit and the second scan driving circuit, and includes a first groove that is in a strip shape and extends substantially along a first direction to expose a portion between the first scan driving circuit and the second scan driving circuit, and the first groove also extends from the first side to the second side and extends substantially along a second direction on the second side.

Display substrate and manufacture method thereof, display device

A touch control structure, a touch display panel and an electronic device are provided. The touch control structure includes a first metal layer, an insulation layer and a second metal layer that are sequentially stacked on the base substrate, the touch control structure is divided into a touch region and a peripheral region surrounding the touch region, and the peripheral region includes a first detection line and a second detection line that are sequentially arranged and spaced apart from each other along the direction from the touch region to the peripheral region; the first detection line is in the second metal layer, and the overlapping part of the second detection line is in the first metal layer; the first end of the second detection line includes a first detection part in the second metal layer and a second detection part in the first metal layer.

Touch control structure, touch display panel and electronic device

An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a plurality of first type data lines and a plurality of second type data lines. A respective one of the plurality of first type data lines crosses over subpixel apertures of multiple subpixels of a first color, and does not crosses over subpixel apertures of any subpixel of a second color and does not crosses over subpixel apertures of any subpixel of a third color, the first color, the second color, and the third color being different colors. A respective one of the plurality of second type data line does not cross over any subpixel aperture. A respective subpixel aperture of a subpixel of the first color includes a first region and a second region. A ratio of a first area of the first region to a second area of the second region is in a range of 2:8 to 8:2.

Array substrate and display apparatus

A display substrate includes a scan driving circuit and a display area. The scan driving circuit includes a plurality of shift register units, a first voltage signal line, a second voltage signal line, a first clock signal line, and a second clock signal line, all of which extend in a first direction. The display area includes at least one driving transistor configured to drive a light-emitting element for display. At least one of the plurality of shift register units includes an output circuit and a signal output line, wherein the output circuit is coupled to the first voltage signal line, the second voltage signal line, and the signal output line, and the signal output line extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The output circuit includes a transistor that is provided between the first voltage signal line and the second voltage signal line.

Display substrate

A touch control structure, a touch display panel and an electronic device are provided. The touch control structure includes: a first metal layer and a second metal layer stacked on the base substrate, an insulating layer between the first metal layer and the second metal layer, the first metal layer includes a plurality of first touch sub-electrodes arranged along a first direction and spaced apart from each other, a plurality of second touch sub-electrodes and a plurality of connection electrodes which are arranged along a second direction, the plurality of first touch sub-electrodes and the plurality of second touch sub-electrodes are spaced apart from each other; the second metal layer includes a plurality of bridge electrodes spaced apart from each other, each of the plurality of bridge electrodes is electrically connected with two adjacent first touch sub-electrodes through a plurality of via structures in the insulating layer.

Provided are a display substrate and a display apparatus. The display apparatus includes a base substrate including a display region and a bezel region on at least one side of the display region; and a plurality of touch lines in the bezel region, including a plurality of touch drive lines and a plurality of touch sensing lines, where a first distance is provided between any two adjacent touch drive lines in the plurality of touch drive lines, a second distance is provided between any two adjacent touch sensing lines in the plurality of touch sensing lines, a third distance is provided between the plurality of touch drive lines and the plurality of touch sensing lines, the first distance is substantially equal to the second distance, and the third distance is greater than each of the first distance and the second distance.

Display substrate and display apparatus

A touch-control structure includes touch-control electrodes located in a touch-control region. The touch-control electrodes are connected to a binding portion through lead wires located in a peripheral region. The touch-control electrodes include first and second touch-control electrodes. The first touch-control electrodes extend along the first direction and are distributed at intervals along the second direction; the second touch-control electrodes extend along the second direction and are distributed at intervals along the first direction. The first and second touch-control electrodes are insulated. The lead wires include first and second lead wires, the first and second touch-control electrodes are connected to the binding portion through the first and second lead wires, respectively. At least a part of the first lead wires includes a main body portion and a narrowing portion. A cross section of at least part of the narrowing portion is smaller than a cross section of the main body portion.

Touch/control structure, and touch-control display panel, and display apparatus

A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of subpixels arranged in an array form on the base substrate. Each subpixel includes a voltage stabilizing electrode, and a subpixel driving circuitry including a driving transistor, and a first transistor, a first electrode of which is coupled to a second electrode of the driving transistor, and a second electrode of which is coupled to a gate electrode of the driving transistor. An active layer of the first transistor includes a first semiconductor portion and a second semiconductor portion spaced apart from each other, and a conductor portion coupled to thereto. An orthogonal projection of the conductor portion onto the base substrate overlaps an orthogonal projection of voltage stabilizing electrode of a previous subpixel in the first direction onto the base substrate. According to the present disclosure, it is able to improve the brightness uniformity of the subpixels of a display panel.

Pixel circuit having a dual gate transistor with voltage stabilization and, manufacturing method thereof

A display substrate () includes a display area () and a frame area () disposed at least on a side of the display area (), the frame area () including a crack detection area (). The display substrate () includes a base substrate (), a detection wiring () on the base substrate (), and a conductive layer () on a side of the detection wiring () away from the base substrate (); the conductive layer () is disposed in the frame area (); the detection wiring () is disposed in the crack detection area (); and at least a portion of an orthographic projection of the detection wiring () on the base substrate () falls within an orthographic projection of the conductive layer () on the base substrate (). A display apparatus includes the display substrate.

Display substrates, display apparatuses and methods of detecting cracks in display substrates

A display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of sub-pixels on the base substrate. Each sub-pixels includes a pixel circuit. The plurality of sub-pixels include a first sub-pixel. The compensation sub-circuit of the first sub-pixel includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a connection portion between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first drive electrode of the light-emitting element of the first sub-pixel includes a first main body portion including a first side parallel to a certain direction, and a first protruding portion protruding from the first side of the first main body portion. The first protruding portion at least partially overlaps with the connection portion of the compensation sub-circuit of the first sub-pixel in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate. The light-emitting element of the first sub-pixel is configured to emit green light.

A display substrate, including a base substrate, and a driving circuit layer and light emitting elements formed on the base substrate, and in a same pixel circuit, an active general layer includes a first column-wise active portion including active layers of a data writing transistor and a first light emission control transistor, and a first active connection portion, an orthographic projection of the first active connection portion on the base substrate at least partially overlapping an orthographic projection of a corresponding power supply line on the base substrate, a dimension of the first active connection portion in a row direction of the pixel units less than a dimension of the active layer of the data writing transistor in the row direction, and a dimension of the active layer of the first light emission control transistor in the row direction. A display panel is further provided.

Display substrate and display panel

Disclosed are a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises: a base substrate, a plurality of scanning lines, a first insulating layer, a plurality of data lines, an interlayer insulating layer, and an auxiliary power line. The auxiliary power line comprises: a plurality of sub-auxiliary power lines and a plurality of auxiliary conduction lines; the plurality of sub-auxiliary power lines are arranged in a first direction and extend in a second direction, and two sub-auxiliary power lines that are at least partially adjacent are electrically connected by means of at least one auxiliary conduction line; the orthographic projection of at least one of the plurality of auxiliary conduction lines on the base substrate does not overlap the orthographic projections of the scanning lines on the base substrate.

A display motherboard and a manufacturing method of a display substrate are provided. The display motherboard includes: a substrate including a valid area and an edge area, the valid area including a plurality of panel areas and a to-be-cut area, and the panel area including a display area and a frame area; multiple first power lines in each display area and the edge area and extending along a first direction; multiple first display electrodes in each display area and multiple virtual electrodes in the edge area, the first display electrodes and the virtual electrodes being in the same layer; wherein an orthographic projection of each first display electrode on the substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of at most one first power line on the substrate, and an orthographic projection of each virtual electrode on the substrate overlaps orthographic projections of at least two first power lines on the substrate.

Display motherboard and method for manufacturing display substrate

An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a gate line; a data line; a voltage supply line; and a pixel driving circuit. The pixel driving circuit includes a plurality of transistors and a storage capacitor. The storage capacitor includes a first capacitor electrode, a second capacitor electrode, and an insulating layer between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode. The second capacitor electrode is electrically connected to the voltage supply line. The second capacitor electrode includes a first portion and a second portion as parts of a first unitary structure in a respective subpixel. The voltage supply line crosses over the first portion by a first crossing-over distance. The data line crosses over the second portion by a second crossing-over distance. The first crossing-over distance is greater than the second crossing-over distance.
