The present invention relates to compositions and methods for delivery of therapeutic agent. In certain aspects, the invention comprises a metal-organic framework nanoparticle encapsulating a protein. In some aspects, the metal-organic framework nanoparticle encapsulating a protein is coated with an extracellular vesicle membrane.

Nanoparticle for protein delivery

The invention provides enrichment platform devices for size-based capture of particles in solution. The enrichment platform device is useful for label-free capture of any particle. The invention relates to enrichment platform devices using nanowires and vertically aligned carbon nanotubes. The invention provides methods for making the enrichment platform devices. The invention provides methods for using the enrichment platform devices for filtering particles, capturing particles, concentrating particles, and releasing viable particles.

Sizable tunable enrichment platform for capturing nano particles in a fluid

We present a method for parallel axial imaging, or z-microscopy, utilizing an array of tilted micro mirrors arranged along the axial direction. Image signals emitted from different axial positions can be orthogonally reflected by the corresponding micro mirrors and spatially separated for parallel detection, essentially converting the more challenging axial imaging to a lateral imaging problem. Each micro mirror also provides optical sectioning capability due to its finite dimension.

Z-microscopy

A filtering device includes a housing and one or more flexible filter arrays. The flexible filter arrays can be coupled to the housing. Each flexible filter array can include a plurality of members and one or more support members. The plurality of members each can have a proximal and a distal end, the plurality of members being spaced apart by a predetermined distance. The one or more support members can be coupled to one or more of the plurality of members. Each of the plurality of members can be configured to deflect relative to the one or more support members.
