A knife handle assembly adapted for attachment to a knife blade, including an elongated handle having a cavity formed therein and a pliable section positioned adjacent the cavity; an elongated rod extending along a longitudinal axis and into the cavity; a user engageable member attached to the rod on the exterior of said handle and adapted to permit selective rotation of the rod about its longitudinal axis; and a first cam positioned within the cavity and in abutting relation to the pliable section and engaged with the rod, wherein rotation of the rod about its longitudinal axis translates to movement of the first cam into said pliable section an amount corresponding to the degree of rotation.

The bulb planter employs a pair of members which cooperate to form a generally cylindrical structure with a working end in a closed position. One member pivots to an open pivoted position wherein the members separate at the working ends. An angularly displaceable lever is forced toward a handle to actuate the member for pivoting. Upon release of the lever, the member pivots back to the closed position.

A tool holder assembly for a watercraft and other applications employs a base assembly which is radially expandable to engage the inner surface of a cup holder or similar structure. The upper portion of the tool holder assembly includes a container and a multitude of thin rods which engage and press against tools inserted into the container. A containment net is placed over the projecting top portions of the tools and is secured by clips which engage retainers mounted at the top portion of the container. The tool holder assembly is installed by relative rotation between the upper portion and the base assembly.
