A sensor arrangement for redundant determination of an angle of rotation of a body about an axis of rotation includes at least one circuit carrier, a first sensor device having a first ECU and a second ECU. A magnet of the first sensor device and a coupling device of the second sensor device are each coupled in a rotationally fixed manner to the rotatable body. The first ECU is designed to receive signals caused by the rotational movement of the magnet and to generate at least one first electrical measurement signal which represents the current angle of rotation of the rotatable body. The second ECU is designed to receive signals caused by the rotary movement of the coupling device and to generate at least one redundant second electrical measurement signal which represents the current angle of rotation of the rotatable body.

Sensor arrangement for redundant determination of an angle of rotation of a body which is rotatable about an axis of rotation

An inductive rotor position sensor device for detecting a rotor angular position of a rotor of an electric machine. The inductive rotor position sensor device includes a transmitter coil for generating electromagnetic waves and a receiver coil for detecting the electromagnetic waves generated by the transmitter coil and influenced by the rotor, and includes a processing unit, which is designed to activate the transmitter coil and to evaluate the electromagnetic waves detected by the receiver coil for determining the rotor angular position. The coils and the processing unit are situated on a shared circuit board. The coils are situated on a front side, and the processing unit is situated on a rear side of the circuit board which faces away from the front side.

Inductive rotor position sensor device, drive device

A sensor for at least detecting steering torque of a steel steering column includes a magnetic field generating element which is configured to generate a magnetic field. The magnetic field penetrates the steering column so as to magnetize a steel material thereof. The sensor also includes a magnetic field detection element which is configured to detect a magnetic field change caused by a magnetoelastic effect of the magnetized steel material of the steering column when the steering column is subjected to torque stress. An output signal of the magnetic field detection element characterizes steering torque. The sensor also includes a base plate bearing the magnetic field generating element and the magnetic field detection element. The base plate is spaced from and separate from the steel steering column. The magnetic field generating element and the magnetic field detection element are directly mounted on the base plate.

Integrated torque and angle sensor for steering column monitoring with improved performance

An optical system, in particular a LiDAR system, is provided, including at least one optical transmitter and at least one optical detector as well as a data processing unit. The optical transmitter is configured to emit a scanning light beam into the surroundings to scan same for surroundings objects. The optical detector is configured to receive a reflected light beam from the surroundings. The optical system is configured to a) detect and differentiate reflected light beams in at least two wavelength ranges and/or b) detect and differentiate reflected light beams having at least two polarization directions. The optical system is configured with the aid of the data processing unit to determine the surface properties of the scanned surroundings objects from the differences between the reflected light beams and the emitted scanning light beams.

Optical system, in particular a LiDAR system, and vehicle

A displacement sensor has a magnetic measuring transducer and at least two sensor units, which are arranged at different positions spaced from each other, the measuring transducer being slidably mounted relative to the sensor units. The measuring transducer is magnetized such that it has a magnetic field which rotates at least partially about an axis of rotation along the measuring transducer, and the axis of rotation of the magnetic field runs parallel to the sliding direction of the measuring transducer. The sensor units are designed to each sense two magnetic measured variables proportionally to the magnetic field strength, both measured variables being sensed by both sensor units.

Displacement sensor

A sensor device includes an encoder element and at least two housing-affixed, magnetic field-sensitive sensors. The encoder element can be displaced in a direction of movement. The sensors are configured to determine a position and/or movement of the encoder element. The encoder element has a first magnet arrangement, which has differently aligned magnetic fields along the direction of movement of the encoder element, and a second magnet arrangement, which has differently aligned magnetic fields along the direction of movement of the encoder element.

Sensor device

A path sensor includes: a sensing device; at least two sensor units assigned to the sensing device, wherein the sensing device can be displaced relative to the sensor units and has a property changing at least once from a starting value to an end value along the sensing device, which property can be detected by the sensor units; and an evaluation unit, which is designed to determine the position of the sensing device relative to the sensor units as a function of the property values detected by the sensor units. The sensing device has at least two sections following on from one another in the direction of movement, along which sections the property changes from at least the starting value to at least the end value, wherein the change has different gradients in the sections.
