Purchasing, maintaining, and deriving revenue from mobile autonomous units is facilitated by providing a mobile autonomous unit marketplace in which equity shares in mobile autonomous units can be bought, sold and traded. Valuation of mobile autonomous units within the marketplace can be a function of a variety of factors such as the mobile autonomous unit's primary geographic region, and the number, diversity, and time management of revenue streams available to the mobile autonomous units.

Purchasing and monetizing of mobile autonomous units

A mobile device includes a processing circuit and a network interface structured to communicate data over a network. The mobile device generates and transmits a request to register for an alert program to a remote computing system and the mobile device renders a registration interface comprising a prompt asking permission to access user activity information. In response to receiving permission, the mobile device transmits an indication of approval to a remote computing system. After transmitting approval, the mobile device transmits an instance of the user activity information to the remote computing system. In response to sending the instance, the mobile device receives and implements a time-limited budget restriction on a user payment account where the time-limited budget restriction is based at least in part on the instance of the user activity.

Overspending alert system

A method for using an autonomous vehicle includes receiving one or more user preferences for use of the autonomous vehicle. A destination is received for a trip using the autonomous vehicle. An arrival time is received for when the trip needs to be completed. A determination is made as to whether the user preferences includes a preference for physical activity for the trip. One or more routes are provided for the trip to the destination that permits the trip to be completed by the arrival time and that implements at least one of the user preferences. At least one of the routes comprises a hybrid route including one segment in which a physical activity selected by the user is suggested for traversing a distance of the one segment and another segment using the autonomous vehicle.

Creating trip routes for autonomous vehicles

Customization of sharing of rides can involve the grouping of passengers in vehicles according to objective and subjective parameters and preferences. In some embodiments, vehicles or other components of the system are equipped to identify and compare information about users of the system using biometric scanning. In some embodiments, fares for rideshares can be tied to a projected quality or desirability of the rideshare for a user or users of the system.

Customization of sharing of rides

A method implemented on an electronic computing device for arranging activities for one or more individuals using an autonomous vehicle (AV) includes receiving a request from a first individual for the AV. An action is initiated to provide the AV to the first individual. One or more activities are provided for the first individual to perform during a trip using the AV. A detection is made as to when the first individual completes one of the one or more activities. A cost of the trip is adjusted based on a completion of the one of the one or more activities.

Utilization of free time in autonomous vehicles

A modular vehicle system includes a plurality of vehicle modules with at least one autonomous vehicle module. A request from a user located at a user location specifies a plurality of the vehicle modules. The user location is specified, and a module location is determined for each of the specified vehicle modules. Based on the request, the specified modules are retrieved from the module locations, and assembled into a configured vehicle. The configured vehicle is located at a dispatch location. The configured vehicle is then dispatched from the dispatch location to the user location.

Configurable vehicle

A financial institution computing system includes a network interface structured to communicate data over a network, a user database configured to store information to a plurality of users, and a processing circuit comprising a processor and a memory. The memory is structured to store instructions that are executable by the processor and cause the processor to retrieve a user transaction history associated with the user payment account from the user database, determine a baseline level of user spending based on the user transaction history, receive, by the network interface, user activity information pertaining to the user, determine that the received user activity information is indicative of a predetermined level of user spending relative to a baseline level of user spending, and transmit, by the network interface, an alert to a user computing device associated with the user responsive to the determination.
