A fluid actuated linear drive which includes a drive housing and a drive member which is movable relative to the drive housing. The drive force which is necessary for producing the drive movement is provided by a drive fluid which can be fed and discharged through housing channels of the drive housing. The housing channels each with a lateral coupling opening run out at a housing side surface of the drive housing. An L-shaped attachment coupling part which in the position of use is assembled on the drive housing has a coupling limb which is assigned to a housing rear surface and which is provided with two axial coupling openings. The axial coupling openings are in connection with lateral coupling openings via coupling channels. Hence there is the possibility of using the axial coupling openings for the feed and discharge of the drive fluid.

Fluid-actuated linear drive

A fluid actuated linear drive includes a drive housing and a drive member which is movable between two stroke end positions. The drive member has a drive unit with a drive piston which divides off two drive chambers from one another, the drive chambers via two housing channels being connected to axial housing coupling openings which are arranged on a housing rear side. A multi-function module is built onto the housing rear side in a position of use and includes components of an external end position setting device for the drive member and is furthermore provided with module block channel systems which communicate with the housing channels and can be used for the feed and discharge of a drive fluid when the multifunction module is built onto the drive housing in the position of use.

The invention relates to a linear drive device having a housing element in which at least one drivable actuating element is arranged, a guide unit which is coupled to the actuation element and moves relative to the housing element between two stroke end positions in linear direction, a stroke limiting device, by means of which a first stroke end position and a second stroke end position of the guide unit are adjustable, wherein the stroke limiting device has a first stop and a first counterstop for setting a limit of the first stroke end position and a second stop and a second counterstop for setting a first limit of the second stroke end position, wherein the stroke limiting device has a third stop which is adapted to set a second limit of the second stroke end position adjusted with the first counterstop.

Linear drive device

A linear drive, which has an output slide, which is guided on a drive housing in a linearly movable manner. The output slide contains a one-piece slide body, which is designed as a bent sheet-metal part. The slide body includes a plate-shaped central segment, guide limbs, which are arranged alongside the plate-shaped central segment and bent downward, and a drive limb, which is arranged at an end face and which likewise is bent downward. The guide limbs are used to linearly guide the output slide, and the drive limb is used for the application of the driving forces that cause the reciprocating motion of the output slide.

Linear drive and method for the production thereof

A linear drive has a drive housing and a carriage guide for relative motion in the direction of a principal axis. The carriage possesses a row of openings on it with several first carriage openings, whereas the drive housing has a row of openings on the housing side with mutually spaced first housing openings. Given suitable positioning of the carriage it is possible for attachment screws to be inserted right through the first carriage openings and inserted into the first housing openings. Second carriage openings belonging in addition to the row of openings on the carriage side are designed in the form of threaded openings, which render possible screwing in of attachment screws, that are inserted in the first housing openings of a further similar linear drive directly fitted to the carriage in a piggy-back fashion, through the first carriage openings thereof.

Linear drive

A linear drive has a drive housing on which a carriage is able to run. For guiding the carriage two guide units are provided, which jointly lie in a guide plane extending perpendicularly to the upright axis of the drive housing. The guide units flank the carriage on the longitudinal side, the guide plane being arranged offset in the direction of the upright axis in relation to a drive space formed in the drive housing, drive means for the carriage being located in the drive space. At an edge section on the longitudinal side the carriage overlaps at least a part of the drive space.

A linear drive having a drive housing on which a carriage runs to an adjustable extent. The carriage covers over a channel-like housing recess, which is delimited by two mutually side wall. For limiting the stroke of the carriage a first abutment is provided on it within the housing recess, such first abutment cooperating is with a first counter abutment, that is so inserted from the outside into an opening in the one side that it extends into the housing recess.
