A method estimates tire pressure of vehicle. For each tire, signals or data indicative of angular velocity of the wheel with which the tire is associated are acquired. A subset of detected signals or data acquired in rectilinear vehicle travel condition is selected. Pressure relationship between tires of each pair of wheels of the same axle is determined by comparing the rolling radius of the wheel on which a first tire is mounted and the rolling radius of the wheel on which a second tire is mounted. A pressure relationship between tire pairs is determined for comparison between the mean value of the rolling radii of wheels of a first axle and the mean value of the rolling radii of wheels of a second axle. Ratios are calculated based on signals or data indicative of angular velocity of the wheels and on slippage of the drive wheels.

Method for estimating the pressure of the tyres of a vehicle

A method for estimating a braking force applicable between pad and brake disc by an electric parking-braking system of a vehicle is described. The method may include detecting, by one or more sensors of electric quantities of an electric motor, an electric current delivered to the electric motor and an instantaneous value of an electric voltage for electrically supplying the electric motor, during a parking-braking operation. The parking-braking operation may have a first non-contact stage between a first pair of pads of a first brake caliper and a first brake disc. The parking-braking operation may also have a second contact stage between the first pair of pads of the first brake caliper and the first brake disc.

A device for determining a kinematic magnitude of a bicycle and a rate of the pedal-thrust exerted by a user on the pedals of the bicycle includes a sensor of the bicycle, adapted to be associated to the bicycle, suitable for detecting the bicycle kinematic magnitude (&#x3c9;) and for generating a signal representative of the bicycle kinematic magnitude; a filter connected to the sensor of the bicycle kinematic magnitude, configured for receiving at the input the signal representative of the bicycle kinematic magnitude (&#x3c9;) and for supplying, at the output, an optimized signal (&#x3c9;) of the bicycle kinematic magnitude; and a module for the frequency-analysis of the optimized signal (&#x3c9;) of the bicycle kinematic magnitude, connected to the filter.
