Catalyst components component for the (co)polymerization of olefins CH&#x2550;CHR, in which R is a hydrocarbyl radical with 1-12 carbon atoms, optionally in mixture with ethylene, comprising Ti, Mg, Zn, Cl, and an electron donor compound characterized by the fact that more than 50% of the titanium atoms are in the +4 valence state, and that the amount of Zn ranges from 0.1 to 4% by weight based on then total weight of said solid catalyst component.

A porous solid catalyst component comprising a magnesium halide, a titanium compound having at least a Ti-halogen bond and at least two electron donor compounds one of which being selected from 1,3-diethers and the other being selected from succinates, characterized by the fact that the molar ratio ID/Ti is from 0.30 to 0.90, where ID is the total molar amount of succinate and 1,3-diether, the molar ratio of the 1,3-diether donor to the succinate donor is higher than, or equal to, 0.60.

A 1-butene ethylene copolymer having an ethylene derived units content ranging from 15.10% by molto 18.00% by mol having the following properties: a) distribution of molecular weight lower than 3; preferably b) hardness shore A (measured according to ISO 868) lower than 65; c) tension set lower than 30% at 100% of deformation (ISO 2285) d) no melting pointdetectable at the DSC; e) Melting enthalpy measured after 10 days of aging at room temperature comprised between 4 and 15 J/g.
