A sanitary insert unit that is fittable on the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting is provided, with a throughflow-quantity regulator unit which, in at least one annular throughflow channel, has at least one annular flow-restricting body of elastic material, which at least one flow-restricting body, between itself and an adjacent channel wall bearing a control profiling, bounds a control gap, the passage cross section of which is variable by the flow-restricting body deforming under the differential pressure forming during the flow therethrough. A jet regulator is arranged on the outflow side of the throughflow-quantity regulator unit and has a jet splitter which divides the water coming from the throughflow-quantity regulator unit into a multiplicity of individual jets. The jet splitter is designed as a perforated plate, and the projection of at least one of the throughflow channels is arranged in a perforation-free annular zone of the jet splitter.

Sanitary insert unit

A sanitary insertion unit includes an insertion housing in which at least one closing valve having an annular channel is provided. An annular valve body composed of elastic material is arranged in the annular channel, the valve body deforms under the pressure of the incident fluid in such a way that the valve body tightly closes the annular channel. The annular channel of the closing valve has a profile on an inner and outer channel wall. Via the profile, better controllability of the closing valve during the closing process of the valve body of the closing valve can be achieved and disturbing noises and vibrations are effectively avoided.

Sanitary insertion unit

The invention relates to an insertable plumbing element () that can be inserted, by means of a sleeve-shaped insertion plug (), into an end-located insertion opening in a plumbing pipe section, which insertion plug () has, at least on the outer circumference, an outer layer () of elastic material for securing it by frictional engagement in the insertion opening. It is characteristic of the insertable element according to the invention that a reinforcing sleeve (), which is composed of a material that is inflexible in comparison with the outer layer and which is surrounded by the outer layer (), is provided to reinforce the outer layer () transversely to the plug longitudinal axis.

The invention relates to a sanitary insertion unit () with a flow regulator () that has a regulator housing () in which a first regulator unit () is provided. The first regulator unit has an annular channel () that surrounds a core () and in which an annular throttle element () made of an elastic material is arranged. The throttle element () delimits a control gap between the throttle element and a profiled regulating section () provided on an inner and/or outer channel wall, the passage cross-section of said gap being modifiable by the throttle element (), which deforms under the effect of the pressure difference generated in the event of a flow. At least one inner second regulator unit () is provided in the core () of the first regulator unit (), this second regulator unit () likewise having an annular channel () with an annular throttle element () which is made of an elastic material and is arranged in the annular channel, and the throttle element () delimits a control gap between the throttle element and a profiled regulating section (). The insertion unit according to the invention is characterized in that the insertion unit () has a jet regulator () which has a cup-shaped jet splitter () in the jet regulator housing (). The cub base of the jet splitter forms an impact surface () which deflects the water coming from the regulator units () outwards transversely to the jet regulator longitudinal axis towards passage openings () in the circumferential wall of the cup-shaped jet splitter (). The insertion unit according to the invention is characterized in that the insertion unit can achieve a good aeration and a good mixture of the fluid with the surrounding air even with a low pressure of the through-flowing fluid.

A flow-volume regulator includes a regulator housing having at least one regulator ring channel having an elastic annular flow restrictor which bounds, between itself and a channel wall that bearings a regulator profiling, a control gap in which a passage cross section is altered by the flow restrictor, which deforms under the pressure difference that forms during flow, and also includes at least one valve which has a valve body which moves under pressure of flowing medium from an open position into a closed position, in which the valve body closes off at least one valve opening. The flow-volume regulator also includes a valve ring channel in the regulator housing having least one valve opening in the region of its channel base, the valve body is annular and elastic, which deforms under pressure of the flowing medium such that the valve body moves from an open into a closed position.
