A method for selectively irradiating a powder layer in additive manufacturing of a component. The method including: determining an irradiation pattern of the layer for additive manufacturing, wherein a first partial pattern is defined which is intended for continuous irradiation and comprises a plurality of irradiation vectors and wherein a second partial pattern is defined, which is intended for a pulsed irradiation, with the first and the second partial pattern being selected in such a manner that the second partial pattern connects irradiation vectors of the first partial pattern, and irradiating the layer in accordance with the irradiation patterns defined. A computer program product, an irradiating device, and a control unit for controlling an irradiating device are included.

Method for selectively irradiating a powder layer in additive manufacturing with a first and a second irradiation pattern

A method for producing a vibration-damping structure combination for damping vibrations for movable masses, having a first structure and a further structure, the further structure movable within a stop surface defined by a first structure surface of the first structure. The method includes a) providing the first structure, having the first structure surface and which defines a coating surface of a coating at least in some sections; b) coating the first structure surface of the first structure with the coating, the coating surface of the coating being applied such that a cavity is formed; c) filling the cavity with the filler; d) curing the filler until the further structure having a further structure surface is formed, which lies against the coating surface; and e) removing the coating, the further structure thus being movable relative to the first structure within the stop surface defined by the first structure surface.

Method for producing a vibration-damping structure combination for damping vibrations of movable masses

A method of additive manufacturing includes additively manufacturing a first section for a component, wherein the first section is provided with a position feature, additively manufacturing a second section for the component on the first section, and, in case that a build failure occurs during the additive manufacture of the second section, machining back a present buildup until the position feature is revealed, additively manufacturing the second section separately from the first section, thereby providing the second section with a corresponding position feature, and connecting the first section and the second section to provide the component.

Method of additive manufacturing and computer readable medium

A burner assembly with a combustion chamber, a plurality of mixing ducts leading into the combustion chamber, where combustion air and introduced fuel are mixed. The mixing ducts are formed by mixing tubes extending axially through an annular space between a tubular outer wall, a tubular inner wall arranged radially at a distance from the outer wall, a ring-shaped end plate arranged upstream and a ring-shaped end plate arranged downstream. The end plates have through-openings, which accommodate and/or extend the mixing tubes, and the end plates have, both radially inside and outside, a circumferential edge extending in the direction of the annular space, with axial bores in the edge of the ring-shaped end plate arranged downstream. The axial bores extend from the annual space into the end plate, and at least one opening is for removing cooling air, the opening branching from the axial bore.

Bruner assembly

A device for installing and removing a component, preferably a burner or a transition pipe of a gas turbine, on or in a stationary gas turbine, is provided. The device includes a rail system having a frame carriage that can be moved along the rail system, on which frame carriage an insertion unit having a carrier unit for the component that can be moved along a movement axis is arranged. In order to specify an especially space-saving and especially rigid design, by means of which components of a gas turbine can be installed and removed relatively simply and quickly, the rail system is designed as a two-track rail system and the movement axis extends between the two rails transversely to an area that extends between the rails.
