Composition for lightening or dyeing keratin fibers with a low amount of oxidizing agent

The instant disclosure generally relates to a multicomponent composition for coloring mammalian or synthetic keratin fibers, the multicomponent composition comprising first, second, third and fourth components. The first component includes an organic polymer, the second component includes an in situ linking material, the third component includes a base compound and the fourth component includes a catalyst or other substance. One or more of the components includes pigment microparticles. The multicomponent composition in situ links upon application, forms a solid coating on treated material such as hair and has a substantially long color remanence following development. Methods of using such compositions are also described herein.

Multicomponent composition

The instant disclosure generally relates to a bicomponent composition for coloring mammalian or synthetic keratin fibers, the bicomponent composition comprising first, second, components. The first component includes an organic polymer, the second component includes a pretreatment base compound. One or more of the components includes pigment microparticles. The bicomponent composition combines upon application to treated material such as hair, forms a solid coating thereon and has a substantially long color fastness following development (setting). Methods of using such compositions are also described herein.

Bicomponent composition

An agent for dyeing keratin fibers comprises a composition A comprising at least one alkalizing agent, at least one oxidative dye precursor, at least one surfactant and at least one fatty substance free of carboxylic acid groups and a composition B comprising at least one oxidizing agent and at least one surfactant. The concentration of fatty substances free of carboxylic acid groups after mixing composition A and composition B is at least 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the mixed composition A and B. The concentration of alkalizing agent after mixing composition A and composition B is not more than 1.75% by weight relative to the total weight of the mixed composition A and B.

Composition for lightening or dyeing keratin fibers with a low amount of alkalizing agent

The instant disclosure generally relates to a dual component hair coloring composition for coloring mammalian or synthetic keratin fibers, the composition comprising composition A comprising a cationic polymer, pigment microparticles and an aqueous medium, and comprising composition B comprising an anionic polymer, aqueous medium and optional cross linking agent. Optionally or alternatively composition B may contain pigment particles. The cationic and anionic polymers are at least partially soluble in the medium and the pigment microparticles are dispersed therein. The hair coloring composition forms a dual layer coating upon application to keratin fibers such as hair and has a substantially permanent pigment lastingness following development (setting); minimally alters the keratin fibers, upon application; and substantially eliminates development time. Methods of using such compositions are also described herein.

The applicator () comprises a plate () movably joined by a connection () to a well (), a hair orientation means on the internal surface () of the plate () which extends towards the well () and a fluid metering means comprising a lower metering means () on the rim () of the well () and an upper metering means () on the internal surface of said plate (), wherein said upper metering means () and lower metering means () independently comprise at least one resilient strip (). When said applicator () is in a closed state, the lower metering means () and the upper metering means () are substantially juxtaposed to provide said fluid metering means.

Hair treatment applicator for improved hair strand effects

The present invention relates to a hair treatment applicator (), which comprises a plate () and a containment portion () movably joined by a connection () so that said applicator () may alternate between a closed state and an open state. At least one member (), which is continuous and liquid impervious, projects from the substantially flat internal surface () of the plate (). The hair treatment applicator according to the invention allows for precise, non-messy and even application of a hair treatment composition to the hair, in particular to a hair strand and preferably to a bundle of hair strands.

The present invention relates to a system to highlight the hair. The system comprises a device () and a composition (). Device () comprises a first portion movably joined to a second portion. Composition () comprises a percentage of hydrogen peroxide and a percentage of an alkalizer by weight of said composition (). Said composition () allows to perform highlighting when applied with the device () as described herein.
