The present invention refers to the formulation of a foaming agent for extreme conditions of salinity, temperature and concentration of divalent ions, including the improvement in the performance in these conditions with respect to the patent MX2008015989 A. Also, the design is presented of the experimental equipment used to characterize and evaluate foaming agents at laboratory level and conditions of pressure, temperature and salinity, in oil fields. The formulation of the foaming agent derived from this invention is a mixture of sodium alpha olefin sulfonates, alkylamido propyl betaines and triethanolamine, capable of giving it the benefit of being stable in temperature and salinity in a wide range, diluted in synthetic and congenital brines. This formulation is applicable for the control of gas mobility and improved oil recovery processes in naturally fractured reservoirs.

Composition of an organic foaming additive for high temperature and high salinity

The object of the present invention is to provide a process for experimental determination of heavy live crude oil dynamic viscosities reliable at a constant temperature (from ambient temperature to 463 K) and pressures from 68.9 MPa to the atmospheric pressure, including the dynamic viscosity at the bubble point pressure and by below of this point, based on a simple, reliable and accurate apparatus. The apparatus used in the present invention is based on an electromagnetic concept, only using a mobile element (piston) through a fluid at a constant force. The time required for the piston to travel a fixed distance is related exactly to the dynamic viscosity of the fluid contained in a measuring chamber. When the fluid contained in the inner part of the measuring chamber is more viscous, the piston displacement will be slower.

The present invention relates to formulations of asphaltenes' inhibitor-dispersant additives based on oxazolidine derived from polyalkyl or polyalkenyl N-hydroxyalkyl succinimides. Said formulations can contain inert organic solvents, preferably including: toluene, mixtures of xylene, o-xylene, p-xylene, kerosene, turbo-fuel; or inert hydrocarbon solvents having boiling points within the range of gasoline and diesel; or inert hydrocarbon or organic solvents having a boiling point within a range from 75 to 300&#xb0; C. The ratio in weight of inert organic solvents to additive that prevents and controls the precipitation and deposition of asphaltenes ranges from 1:9 to 9:1, preferably from 1:3 to 3:1.

Gemini surfactants of bis-N-alkyl polyether, bis-N-alkenyl polyether, bis-N-cycloalkyl polyether, bis-N-aryl polyether bis-beta or alpha-amino acids or their salts, are produced for use as multifunctional corrosion inhibitors, which protect and prevent corrosion of ferrous metals exposed to acidic, basic and neutral liquids when transporting or storing crude oil and liquid fuels. The surfactants are also used to inhibit corrosion of equipment and pipes used in cooling systems in petroleum and petrochemical equipment. The Gemini surfactants have the structural formula:

The present invention relates to the preparation of foaming formulations for high temperature, salinity and concentration of divalent ions, such as Calcium and Magnesium, that apply the synergistic effect of sodium alpha olefin sulfonates and alkyl amido propyl betaines; said inventions may use, as solvent, water, sea water, connate water, alcohols or mixtures all thereof. Said formulations control the piping of gas in reservoirs of the naturally fractured carbonate type.
