Additive vessel

Adapters are provided for use with a beverage dispenser. The adapter can include an adapter base, first and second fluid ports disposed on the base, and at least one anchor to secure the adapter base to a beverage dispenser. The first fluid port can receive a first fluid from a first direction therethrough, and the second fluid port can receive a second fluid from a second direction therethrough.

A cleaning device and methods for cleaning are provided. In one embodiment, the cleaning device includes a head assembly, a body assembly, and a handle assembly. The cleaning device also includes components that enable the cleaning device to operate in dry cleaning modes and wet cleaning modes. Dry cleaning modes can employ a vacuum assembly, including a motor, tubing, and a fluid recovery tank in order to draw in debris and waste into a fluid recovery tank. Wet cleaning modes can further employ a fluid supply tank, a pump, and tubing in order to supply fluid to a brushroll to aid in a cleaning process.

Containers are provided for use with a beverage dispensing device. The container can include a housing defining a hollow interior and having an opening leading to the hollow interior, a cover coupled disposed over the opening, an inlet leading to the hollow interior, and an outlet spaced apart from the interior. A portable, self-contained beverage apparatus includes a container assembly having a known storage capacity for storing a consumable liquid, and a dispensing assembly disposed within the container assembly that dispenses variable, non-zero quantities of additives into the consumable liquid. The dispensing assembly includes multiple apertures structured and arranged to retain vessels containing the additives to be dispensed into the consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus also includes a level sensor disposed within the container assembly that determines a consumable liquid level of the consumable liquid stored in the container assembly. In certain embodiments, one or more positive displacement pumping mechanisms are configured to pump additive liquid from additive containers into a beverage chamber.

A drug delivery device for administering a drug is presented having a body, at least one electrical unit and a port for electrically contacting the electrical unit, an adapter for attaching an injection needle to the drug delivery device, a safety mechanism arranged to prevent contacting the electrical unit whilst an injection needle is in fluid communication with the drug delivery device and arranged to prevent establishing a fluid communication whilst the electrical unit is contactable.
