Disclosed are systems and methods for improving interactions with and between computers in a content generating, hosting and/or providing system supported by or configured with personal computing devices, servers and/or platforms. The systems interact to identify and retrieve data across platforms, which can be used to improve the quality of data used in processing interactions between or among processors in such systems. The disclosed systems and methods provide systems and methods for automatic discovery of high quality digital content. According to embodiments, the present disclosure describes improved computer system and methods directed to analyzing raw image data, such as features and descriptors of images in order to identify a high quality image(s). Such images can be identified from a database of images, and such images can be identified in real-time, or near real-time during the capture of an image(s) by a camera.

Computerized method and system for automated determination of high quality digital content

Disclosure includes system, method and architecture for selecting supplemental digital content using visual appearance. Digital content that is visually similar, or dissimilar, to digital content requested by a user can he identified and provided for presentation with the requested content. The additional digital content is visually congruent, or visually incongruent, with content requested by a user, such that the additional content is similar, or dissimilar, to the requested content from a visual standpoint. In a presentation of the requested content, the presentation position of each additional content item relative to the presentation position of each requested content can be identified using visual congruence, or visual incongruence.

Method and system for selecting supplemental content using visual appearance

A representation of a collection of content items is generated for display by a computing device. The representation includes a two-or-more-dimensional arrangement including representations of the content items. The representations of the content items are positioned relative to one another based, at least in part, on values of one or more attributes of the digital content items. The representation is dynamically adjusted based, at least in part, on a user interaction with a representation of one of the content items.

Disclosed herein is an intelligent agent to analyze a media object. The agent comprises a trained model comprising a number of state layers for storing a history of actions taken by the agent in each of a number of previous iterations performed by the agent in analyzing a media object. The stored state may be used by the agent in a current iteration to determine whether or not to make, or abstain from making, a prediction from output generated by the model, identify another portion of the media object to analyze, end analysis. Output from the agent's model may comprise a semantic vector that can be mapped to a semantic vector space to identify a number of labels for a media object.

Media content analysis system and method

Images that comprise text are identified and output from the images is generated wherein the output comprises text from the image in textual data format. The portions of an image comprising the text data are initially identified and the text imaged by the pixels of that image portion is extracted in textual data format. The extracted text is stored so that a search for images comprising particular text is enabled.

Methods and systems for detecting and recognizing text from images

Briefly, embodiments disclosed herein may relate to dynamic display of representations of digital content for user interaction on computing devices, for example, including displaying a collection of content items on a display of a computing device, wherein a two-or-more-dimensional spatial arrangement of individual content items of the displayed collection comprises individual content items being positioned relative to other individual content items based, at least in part, on analytic characterizations of one or more attributes of the individual content items.

An adaptive pattern recognition system optimizes an invariance objective and an input fidelity objective to accurately recognize input patterns in the presence of arbitrary input transformations. A fixed state or value of a feature output can nonlinearly reconstruct or generate multiple spatially distant input patterns and respond similarly to multiple spatially distant input patterns, while preserving the ability to efficiently evaluate the input fidelity objective. Exemplary networks, including a novel factorization of a third-order Boltzmann machine, exhibit multilayered, unsupervised learning of arbitrary transformations, and learn rich, complex features even in the absence of labeled data. These features are then used to classify unknown input patterns, to perform dimensionality reduction or compression.
