A reusable shipper container has a container body with a payload chamber for holding goods and a lid operable to access the payload chamber. The reusable shipper container also has one or more sensors in the payload chamber to sense humidity or temperature of the payload chamber or the goods. The reusable shipper container also has a tablet display screen detachably coupled to the container body that communicates with the sensors in the payload chamber.

Reusable portable shipping container

A portable container includes a cooling unit with a vessel and a base. A thermal cover can cover the vessel to insulate a chamber in the vessel that holds one or more goods. The vessel has a cavity filled with a phase change material or thermal mass, and thermally conductive plate(s) extending within the cavity and in thermal contact with the phase change material or thermal mass. The base is attached to the vessel and houses thermoelectric module(s) in thermal communication with the thermally conductive plate(s), a heat sink in thermal contact with the thermoelectric module(s), a fan operable to flow the air past the heat sink, and circuitry that operates the thermoelectric module(s) and fan. The thermoelectric modules are operable to charge the phase change material or thermal mass, so the charged phase change material or thermal mass (once charged) passively cools or heats the chamber.

Portable container

A portable container includes a cooling unit with a vessel and a base. A thermal cover can cover the vessel to insulate a chamber in the vessel that holds one or more goods. The vessel has a cavity filled with a phase change material or thermal mass, and thermally conductive plate(s) extending within the cavity and in thermal contact with the phase change material or thermal mass. The base is attached to the vessel and houses thermoelectric module(s) in thermal contact with the thermally conductive plate(s), a heat sink in thermal contact with the thermoelectric module(s), a fan operable to flow the air past the heat sink, and circuitry that operates the thermoelectric module(s) and fan. The thermoelectric modules are operable to charge the phase change material or thermal mass, the charged phase change material or thermal mass (once charged) configured to passively cool or heat the chamber.

The reusable shipper container also has one or more sensors in the payload chamber to senses a humidity or temperature of the payload chamber or the goods. The reusable shipper container also has a tablet display screen detachably coupled to the container body that communicates with the sensors in the payload chamber.

A portable cooler container includes a container body with a payload chamber. The container body has an insulated vessel and a temperature control system that cools the payload chamber.

Portable cooler

A reusable shipper container has a container body with a payload chamber for holding goods and a lid operable to access the payload chamber. The reusable shipper container also has a tablet display screen detachably coupled to the container body. The reusable shipper container also has an inner lid assembly with one or more doors selectively movable between a first position over the payload chamber to close the payload chamber, and a second position to allow access to the payload chamber. The reusable shipper container can have a display screen on an underside of the lid that can auto-display information or autoplay videos, for example, when the lid is open and/or the shipper container has arrived at its destination.

A cooler container kit is described. The cooler container kit includes a container body having a payload chamber, a lid, an electronic system, and one or more electrical connectors. The cooler kit further includes a conduit extending about the payload chamber. The cooler container kit further includes a temperature control system including a cold side heat sink, hot side heat sink, thermoelectric module, and a pump operable to flow a liquid relative to the cold side heat sink to cool the liquid. The cooler container kit further includes a docking unit.

A reusable shipper container has a container body with a payload chamber for holding goods and a lid operable to access the payload chamber. The reusable shipper container also has one or more sensors in the payload chamber to senses a humidity or temperature of the payload chamber or the goods. The reusable shipper container also has a tablet display screen detachably coupled to the container body that wirelessly communicates with the sensors in the payload chamber and that displays one or more of an electronic shipping label, packing instructions, return instructions and maintenance status.

A portable cooler container is provided. The temperature control system cools a chamber of the container to transport temperature sensitive contents via the container. An electronic display screen on one of the lid and the container body selectively displays an electronic shipping label for the portable cooler container.
