A supporting device includes first and second supporting flanges coupled with first and second transmissions, respectively, and a support via which a supporting force is transmittable from the first supporting flange to the second supporting flange. The support includes a lever element which is coupled in an articulated manner with an attachment element on the first supporting flange and thus articulated with the first supporting flange, and a supporting element which is coupled in an articulated manner with the lever element and connected to the second supporting flange and which includes two spaced-apart supporting parts. The lever element is arranged partly between two spaced-apart attachment parts of the attachment element and partly between the supporting parts of the supporting element and is coupled in an articulated manner with the attachment element via the attachment parts and in an articulated manner with the supporting element via the supporting parts.

Supporting device for two transmissions and device having a supporting device of this kind

The invention relates to a transmission (), preferably a bevel helical transmission, having a transmission housing () and having a drive shaft (), on which a fan () is mounted, and comprising a ring cooler (), which surrounds the drive shaft (), oil lines () for transporting transmission oil in an oil circuit from the interior of the transmission housing () to the ring cooler () and from the ring cooler () into the interior of the transmission housing (), and an air-guiding hood () surrounding the ring cooler () for guiding air suctioned by the fan () onto the ring cooler ().

Transmission and use of a ring cooler

A wheel hub transmission includes an outer surface configured as an end face. The end face has a plurality of radially oriented cooling fins at regular spaced-apart relationship. A cover is provided to cover the cooling fins at the end face. The cover has a central opening and forms with pairs of adjacent ones of the cooling fins a plurality of radially oriented cooling ducts.

Wheel hub transmission

A vertical mill gearbox includes a drive shaft mounted in a casing for rotation about a rotation axis, and an intermediate shaft configured as a hollow shaft and mounted in the casing for rotation about a vertical second rotation axis. The intermediate shaft has a bevel gear meshing with a bevel-gear pinion of the drive shaft. A torsion shaft is received in fixed rotative engagement with the intermediate shaft and sized to extend beyond the intermediate shaft to define a projecting section to which a sun gear rotatably driven via the intermediate shaft is fixed. A planet carrier is mounted in the casing for rotation about the second rotation axis and rotatably supports an internal gear having an internal tooth system. Mounted to the planet carrier is a rotatable planet gear which meshes with the sun gear and with the internal tooth system of the internal gear.

Vertical mill gearbox

A support apparatus for a first gearing and a second gearing or for a drive includes first and second support flanges, a first support mounted to the first support flange and destined to introduce a first supporting force into the second support flange, and a second support mounted on the second support flange and destined to introduce a second supporting force into the first support flange, wherein the first support is sized to extend through the second support.

Support apparatus for gearing pair and industrial application

A transmission includes a transmission housing with an oil reservoir and a transmission housing cover to close an opening of the transmission housing. A transmission shaft receives a toothed wheel and which can be driven by way of a motor. A cooler is arranged on the outside of the transmission housing, with a fan arranged on the outside of the transmission housing feeding cooling air to the cooler. An oil delivery pump pumps oil through oil delivery lines from the oil reservoir to the cooler, with an oil return line routing oil from the cooler back to the transmission housing. A separate drive motor drives the fan and the oil delivery pump independently of the transmission shaft, with the drive motor, the fan, the cooler and the oil delivery pump being fastened to the transmission housing cover.

Transmission with oil cooling

A planet carrier arrangement includes a bearing assembly having first and second roller bearings and a traction element having a first end supported by the bearing assembly such as to enable the traction element to oscillate. A planet carrier is mounted in a suspended manner to the traction element, wherein one of the roller bearings of the bearing assembly is configured to absorb an axial force seeking to lift the planet carrier.

A gearset includes a gearset housing, a drive shaft, and a radial fan fixed to the drive shaft. Disposed in surrounding relationship to the radial fan is an air-guiding cover which includes a gearset housing section to at least partially cover the gearset housing, a cylindrical section adjoining the gearset housing section and configured to receive an attachment for securement to the drive shaft, and a conical section adjoining the cylindrical section. The conical section of the air-guiding cover is disposed in surrounding relationship to the radial fan directly and without any dead space.
