The present invention relates to a distributed energy source system utilizing waste heat deeply. The distributed energy source system utilizing waste heat deeply comprises a primary waste heat recycling module, a membrane distillation type seawater desalination module and a membrane type thermoosmosis power generation module. The distributed energy source system utilizing waste heat deeply provided by the present invention can recycle and deeply utilize waste heat and moisture in flue gas by means of the primary waste heat recycling module, the membrane distillation type seawater desalination module and the membrane type thermoosmosis power generation module to realize functions of seawater desalination and low-temperature power generation, has high energy utilization ratio and improves the waste heat utilization efficiency.

The invention provides a method and a device for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane module. The present invention, by penetrating the hollow fiber membrane wires into the steel wires and performing rigidization treatment, greatly improves the rigidity of the hollow fiber membrane wire module, thereby avoiding the bending and deformation of or the damage of hollow fiber membrane wire module due to a small force during the production process, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the hollow fiber membrane module. The device of the present invention is used to achieve the above-mentioned method.

Method and device for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane module

An automatic operating device for hollow fiber membrane includes a first membrane fiber traction apparatus, a membrane fiber bracket member for fixing the membrane fiber, and a second fiber traction apparatus, which are disposed in sequence. The membrane fiber bracket member comprises a first membrane fiber bracket and a second membrane fiber bracket each having upper openings. The first membrane fiber traction apparatus, the first membrane fiber bracket, the second membrane fiber bracket, and the second membrane fiber traction apparatus are all provided with membrane fiber holes matched with the membrane fiber. The automatic operating device further comprises a membrane fiber grabbing mechanism, a first driving mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a glue-filling mechanism. The present invention can realize the automatic penetration of membrane fiber into the membrane fiber brackets and the traction apparatus, and realize formation of the membrane fiber in a regular arrangement.

Automatic operating device for hollow fiber membrane

An automatic arranging machine for membrane fiber which comprises a workbench, and a membrane fiber reel, a membrane fiber guide plate, a first membrane fiber traction apparatus, a membrane fiber cutter, a membrane fiber bracket and a second membrane fiber traction apparatus which are sequentially arranged and mounted on the workbench. The invention provides an automatic arranging machine for membrane fiber and a membrane module production device, which mainly rely on a membrane fiber automatic filling machine to accurately control the membrane fiber, and realize passing the automatic membrane fiber through the membrane fiber bracket into a membrane tube by using the membrane fiber traction apparatus to cooperate with a related mechanical walking structure. The automatic control technology utilized in the whole process is mature, the manual intervention process is less, the consumables are used less, the manufactured components are with high quality, the production efficiency is high, and the produced membrane module has a good performance consistency and can be applied to the manufacturing process of many membrane separation modules.
